高效合成铜抑制剂在铜钼分离中的应用

【摘要】:传统的铜钼分离所用铜抑制剂大多数都是无机化合物。中国黄金集团乌努格吐山矿的铜钼分离流程使用了大量的NaHS,药剂成本高、环保压力大。2014年,该矿开展高效合成有机药剂AERO8371PNR进行了铜抑制剂工业试验。试验效果较好,NaHS的用量减少了37%,直接节约药剂成本30%,钼精矿品位从45.39%提高到了47.10%;钼精矿中的铜含量从1.33%降低到了1.0%以下,并提高了铜钼分离作业的稳定性。
[Abstract]:Most of the copper inhibitors used in the traditional separation of copper and molybdenum are inorganic compounds.The separation process of copper and molybdenum in Unogatushan Mine of China Gold Group used a large number of NaHS, high cost of reagent and high pressure of environmental protection. In 2014, the ore carried out industrial tests of copper inhibitors with highly efficient synthetic organic agent AERO8371PNR.The results showed that the dosage of NaHS was reduced by 37%, the cost of medicament was saved by 30%, the grade of molybdenum concentrate was increased from 45.39% to 47.1010%, the copper content in molybdenum concentrate was reduced from 1.33% to less than 1.0%, and the stability of separation operation was improved.
