基于物联网的非金属尾矿库智慧监测技术及其应用

【摘要】：以某企业碱渣库安全稳定运行为研究对象,将GNSS技术、传感器技术、互联网技术等用于碱渣库动态监测领域,设计并实施了一款尾矿库智慧监测系统。系统设置传感器采集碱渣库外部位移、内部位移、浸润线、降雨量等数据,同时,利用数据传输模块,将测量数据实时发送至监测中心,通过数据分析进行预警,一年来的应用结果证明,尾矿库智慧监测系统为渣场尾矿库的安全运行提供了技术保障。
[Abstract]:Taking the safe and stable operation of an enterprise's alkali slag reservoir as the research object, the GNSS technology, sensor technology and Internet technology are applied to the dynamic monitoring field of the alkali slag reservoir, and a smart monitoring system for the tailings reservoir is designed and implemented.The system sets sensors to collect the data of external displacement, internal displacement, infiltration line, rainfall and so on. At the same time, using the data transmission module, the measurement data is sent to the monitoring center in real time, and early warning is carried out through data analysis.The application results in the past year have proved that the intelligent monitoring system of the tailings reservoir provides a technical guarantee for the safe operation of the tailings reservoir in the slag field.
