采空区条带式充填中充填参数的灰色关联分析

【摘要】:充填开采技术是一种在采出煤层之后,顶板没有冒落之前,利用充填材料充填采空区,以减小地表沉降的采矿技术。由于充填材料一般使用煤矸石、粉煤灰和水泥等,原料易得且成本较低,所以近几年,充填开采技术成为煤矿企业用以控制上覆岩层运动的“三下”开采着重考虑的方法。通过一些煤矿的试用,已经证明充填开采技术能够有效地减少地表沉降,提高煤炭的资源回收率,同时还可以处理一些废弃物。 条带充填开采技术属于一种部分充填开采技术,即对部分采空区进行充填,构成间隔的充填条带,以支撑上覆岩层。与全部充填开采技术相比,条带充填开采技术能够减少充填体的使用量,降低充填体的成本。由于条带充填是部分充填,所以其条带宽度与间距的参数就直接影响到充填效果,进而对地表沉降有所影响。 本文是以曹村煤矿地质条件为基础资料,利用实验室相关实验,测出了该矿煤层顶底板岩层的相关物理力学参数。然后利用关键层理论,判定了该矿区地层中的关键层,并根据关键层以及破断距的相关知识确定了适合该矿地质条件的条带充填体的间距。影响地表沉降的条带充填体参数除了条带充填体的间距,还有宽度、体积模量、剪切模量、密度、内摩擦角、粘聚力和抗拉强度。文章中利用灰色关联理论对除条带充填体间距的其他因素进行了分析,确定出了影响曹村煤矿充填开采中,与地表沉降关系密切的参数重要度排序,根据所得序列可知条带充填体的体积模量、密度和条带宽度对本矿地表沉降的影响最为关键,从而可以有针对性的进行进一步的研究。 利用数值模拟对曹村矿的条带充填进行了相关模拟,,根据模拟结果,分别对曹村矿地表的下沉量、水平移动、倾斜、水平变形和曲率进行了分析,从而可知在曹村煤矿特定的地质条件下,进行充填开采时较佳的充填材料,其体积模量应不低于2.34GPa,密度应不低于2000kg/m3,充填条带的合理宽度为35m。
[Abstract]:Filling mining technology is a kind of mining technology which uses filling material to fill the goaf after coal seam is mined and the roof does not fall in order to reduce the surface subsidence.Because coal gangue, fly ash and cement are commonly used in filling materials, the raw materials are easily available and the cost is relatively low, so in recent years, filling mining technology has become the "three-down" mining method to control the movement of overlying strata in coal mining enterprises.Through the trial of some coal mines, it has been proved that the filling mining technology can effectively reduce the surface subsidence, increase the recovery rate of coal resources, and can also deal with some wastes at the same time.Strip filling mining technology belongs to a partial filling mining technology, that is, filling part of goaf, forming interval filling strip to support overlying strata.Compared with the whole filling mining technology, strip filling mining technology can reduce the use of backfill and reduce the cost of backfill.Because the strip filling is partial filling, the parameters of the width and spacing of the strip directly affect the filling effect, and then affect the surface subsidence.Based on the geological conditions of Caocun coal mine, the relevant physical and mechanical parameters of the roof and floor strata of coal seam in this mine are measured by laboratory experiments.Then the key strata in the mining area are determined by using the critical layer theory, and the spacing of the belt filling body suitable for the geological conditions of the mine is determined according to the relevant knowledge of the key layer and the breaking fault.In addition to the spacing of the strip filling, the parameters affecting the surface subsidence include width, volume modulus, shear modulus, density, angle of internal friction, cohesion and tensile strength.In this paper, the grey correlation theory is used to analyze the other factors which affect the spacing of the backfill body except the strip, and the order of the importance of the parameters affecting the filling mining of Caocun coal mine is determined, which is closely related to the surface subsidence.According to the sequence obtained, the influence of the volume modulus, density and strip width of the strip filling body on the surface subsidence of the mine is the most critical, so the further research can be carried out.Based on the simulation results, the subsidence, horizontal movement, tilt, horizontal deformation and curvature of the surface of Caocun Mine are analyzed.Therefore, under the specific geological conditions of Caocun Coal Mine, the best filling material for filling mining should have a volume modulus of not less than 2.34 GPA, a density of not less than 2000kg / m ~ 3, and a reasonable width of 35m.
