胜利露天矿边坡变形监测与有限元分析

【摘要】:我国是煤炭资源开采大国,煤炭资源丰富,开采方式多样化,其中露天开采是重要的开采方式。在露天开采过程中会形成边坡,由于不断的开采边坡会逐渐加大,同时会产生边坡的失稳问题,导致地址灾害的发生。严重的威胁到生产安全与人身财产安全。所以,针对露天矿边坡进行变形监测,是一项非常重要而又意义的工作。本文研究的主要内容如下:本文叙述了露天矿边坡的特点,并依据其特点提出了适合露天矿边坡的变形监测网的布网方案,应用GPS一机多天线的方法对边坡进行变形监测,并获取监测点位的位移变化的数据。对数据的预处理。由于信号受到多种因素影响,所以信号就会产生噪声,我们就要对信号进行分析处理。本文利用小波理论对信号进行时频局部化分析,很好的监测出信号的奇异分布。实例验证。以胜利露天煤矿的边坡为研究对象,采用GPS一机多天线的技术和方法采集数据,运用小波包理论对监测数据进行降噪处理,利用Midas GTS软件建立边坡三维模型,进行有限元分析,将实测数据,降噪后数据和模拟数据进行对比,最终得出结论。
[Abstract]:Our country is a big country of coal resource mining, which is rich in coal resources and diversified in mining methods, among which open-pit mining is an important mining method.In the process of open-pit mining, the slope will be formed, because the continuous mining slope will gradually increase, at the same time will produce the problem of slope instability, resulting in the occurrence of address disasters.Serious threat to production safety and personal and property safety.Therefore, monitoring the slope deformation is a very important and significant work.The main contents of this paper are as follows: the characteristics of open-pit slope are described in this paper, and according to its characteristics, the scheme of netting suitable for deformation monitoring network of open-pit slope is put forward, and the deformation monitoring of slope is carried out by using the method of GPS and multi-antenna.The data of monitoring the displacement of the points are obtained.The preprocessing of data.Because the signal is affected by many factors, the signal will produce noise, so we must analyze and process the signal.In this paper, the wavelet theory is used to analyze the time-frequency localization of the signal, and the singular distribution of the signal is well monitored.Example verification.Taking the slope of Shengli opencast coal mine as the research object, the technique and method of GPS machine and multiple antennas are used to collect data, the wavelet packet theory is used to deal with the monitoring data, the Midas GTS software is used to establish the 3D model of slope, and the finite element analysis is carried out.The measured data, the noise reduction data and the simulated data are compared, and the final conclusion is drawn.
