利用商洛钼尾矿制备混凝土

【摘要】:以钼尾矿、矿渣、熟料和石膏为原料制备胶凝材料,研究了钼尾矿在胶凝材料中的掺量、减水剂掺量、养护工艺对胶砂试块性能的影响,并通过XRD和SEM-EDS对水化产物进行了深入研究。结果表明,当钼尾矿在胶凝材料中掺量为20%、减水剂掺量为0.4%、采用60℃湿热养护所制备的钼尾矿胶砂试块力学性能最好,28 d抗压强度可以达到73.2 MPa。利用钼尾矿制备的胶凝材料的水化产物以钙矾石和C-S-H凝胶为主,二者的相互交织促进了胶砂试块强度的增长。
[Abstract]:The cementitious material was prepared from molybdenum tailings, slag, clinker and gypsum.
