巷道施工有轨运输车控制系统设计

【摘要】:论文分析煤矿巷道有轨运输车现状,以ATmega128P为控制核心,研究煤矿巷道有轨运输车控制系统设计,系统组成:运输车的整体结构及硬件搭建、运输车的硬件驱动电路、运输车运行状态监测、运输车信号通讯。详细研究内容如下:首先,对巷道运输车的整车结构布置进行了介绍。以巷道运输车的总体结构为研究对象,阐述了巷道运输车各个部分的构成及其功能,以及它们之间的关系,并设计执行方案。其次,对控制系统进行硬件设计,对运输车的各个硬件进行选型。设计以ATmega128P芯片为核心的硬件驱动电路,电路包括:电机驱动电路、电机制动电路、电机换向电路、传感器信号采集电路、位置校正电路。并对电路设计所需元器件进行计算和选型,并研制了硬件电路板。然后,利用模块化技术完成巷道施工运输车控制系统软件,主要包括主程序初始化模块,电机驱动与制动模块、电机速度检测模块、运输车位置校正模块、状态监测模块、以及保护程序模块,使其和硬件系统搭配,实现运输车的自主运行。最后,进行实验验证,通过各个实验数据的对比支撑,与现实需求作比较,分析得出结论。结论表明:所设计巷道施工有轨运输车控制系统能够实现其设计功能,为巷道施工有轨运输车在煤矿巷道的应用奠定了坚实的基础。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the present situation of roadway rail transport vehicle in coal mine, and takes ATmega128P as the control core to study the design of the control system of coal mine roadway rail transport vehicle. The system composition is as follows: the whole structure and hardware construction of the transport vehicle, the hardware driving circuit of the transport vehicle.Transport vehicle running state monitoring, transport vehicle signal communication.The detailed research contents are as follows: firstly, the structure layout of roadway transport vehicle is introduced.Taking the overall structure of the roadway transport vehicle as the research object, this paper expounds the composition and function of each part of the roadway transport vehicle, as well as the relationship between them, and designs the implementation scheme.Secondly, the hardware design of the control system and the selection of each hardware of the transport vehicle are carried out.The hardware driving circuit based on ATmega128P chip is designed, which includes motor drive circuit, motor brake circuit, motor commutation circuit, sensor signal acquisition circuit and position correction circuit.The components needed for circuit design are calculated and selected, and the hardware circuit board is developed.Then, the software of roadway construction vehicle control system is completed by modularization technology, including main program initialization module, motor driving and braking module, motor speed detection module, vehicle position correction module, status monitoring module.And protection program module, make it and hardware system collocation, realize the independent operation of the transport vehicle.Finally, the experimental verification is carried out, and the conclusion is obtained by comparing the experimental data with the actual demand.The conclusion shows that the control system of the designed roadway construction rail transport car can realize its design function, which lays a solid foundation for the application of the roadway construction rail transport car in the coal mine roadway.
