无线低功耗液压支架压力监测系统设计

【摘要】:针对目前液压支架监测系统可靠性、实用性差的问题,设计了一种基于SmartMesh IP网络的低功耗液压支架压力监测系统。该系统基于链状网络设计,压力采集传感器具备全网休眠、信号中继、超低功耗的特点,电池备用时间可达1a以上;系统无需专门的中继器,实现了真正意义上的无线监测。
[Abstract]:A low power hydraulic support pressure monitoring system based on SmartMesh IP network is designed to solve the problems of low reliability and poor practicability of hydraulic support monitoring system.The system is based on chain network design, pressure acquisition sensor has the characteristics of network dormancy, signal relay, ultra-low power consumption, battery standby time of more than 1a, the system does not need a special repeater, the real sense of wireless monitoring.
