超前液压支架与围岩耦合支护系统及其适应性研究

【摘要】:为解决工作面采动应力影响范围内动压巷道的支护难题,采用数值模拟和现场监测相结合的研究手段,分析采动应力影响范围和分布规律,得出了东滩煤矿深部综放工作面沿空巷道超前支承压力影响范围宽为45~68 m;榆神矿区坚硬完整围岩大断面巷道超前影响距离为20~30 m,相对剧烈影响段在20 m内。提出“低初撑、高工阻”非等强耦合支护理念和超前支护设计原理,并采取凹凸型顶梁结构、增大移架步距、带压擦顶移架、交替迈步自移、增设调架机构等措施,使超前加强支护系统与锚网索支护系统相匹配,实现超前支护系统与围岩强度耦合、结构耦合以及稳定性耦合,增强系统适应性,达到协同支护的目的。同时,研制出适应不同开采技术条件、不同开采方式的一系列超前液压支架,并在多个矿区推广应用,取得了良好使用效果。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of supporting the roadway under the influence of mining stress, this paper analyzes the influence range and distribution of mining stress by means of numerical simulation and field monitoring.It is concluded that the influence range of leading supporting pressure of roadway along goaf in Dongtan fully mechanized caving face is 4568 m, and the advance influence distance of large section roadway of hard and complete surrounding rock in Yushen mining area is 20 ~ 30 m, and the relatively violent influence section is within 20 m.This paper puts forward the concept of "low initial brace, high resistance" and the design principle of advanced support, and adopts some measures, such as concave and convex roof beam structure, increasing the step distance of moving frame, wiping the top moving frame with pressure, alternately stepping self-moving, adding adjusting frame mechanism and so on.The advanced support system is matched with the bolt-mesh support system, and the coupling of strength, structure and stability between the advance support system and surrounding rock is realized. The adaptability of the system is enhanced, and the purpose of cooperative support is achieved.At the same time, a series of advanced hydraulic supports adapted to different mining technical conditions and different mining methods have been developed and popularized and applied in many mining areas, and good results have been obtained.
