首钢矿业公司烧结厂皮带机优化改造研究

【摘要】:皮带机是工矿企业最常见的输送设备。皮带机具有技术相对成熟、运行成本低的优势,故在钢铁企业有更为广泛的应用。然而皮带机技术发展到今天也并非已经尽善尽美,本文以首钢矿业公司烧结厂皮带机运输系统为研究对象,重点对皮带机的优化改造进行了研究。本文的研究对皮带机更好地在钢铁行业和其它行业的推广、应用具有重要的指导意义,特别是为钢铁企业进一步降低皮带机运行消耗提供了宝贵的经验。首先,对电机、运输带线层进行了合理优化。运用数学模型对全厂262条皮带机电机功率进行校核,并进行统筹规划,对六条皮带机的电机进行了优化。通过对运输带品种进行优化将原有40种运输带品种压缩为20种。为了降低运输带消耗,研究出一种非接触式导料槽;该装置彻底解决了运输带因栏板位置磨损而造成提前更换的问题。其次,对托辊及清料装置进行了研究。对托辊轴承配合和密封形式进行了改进,对托辊安装间距进行了研究。为了降低皮带机掉料清扫的劳动强度,研究出自动推料器、螺旋式增面轮自动推料器、螺旋式清扫器、丰字型下托辊,从减轻岗位劳动强度和减少现场掉料方面进行了优化改造。最后,对皮带机接口进行了研究。对比了常见的运输带接头形式的优、缺点,重点解决了斗提机钢丝带接口频繁故障的问题,研制出新型斗提钢丝带接口,并取得了国家专利。
[Abstract]:Belt conveyor is the most common conveying equipment in industrial and mining enterprises.Belt conveyor has the advantage of relatively mature technology and low operating cost, so it is widely used in iron and steel enterprises.However, the development of belt conveyor technology has not been perfect until now. This paper takes the belt conveyor system of Shougang Mining Company as the research object, focuses on the optimization of belt machine transformation.The research in this paper is of great significance to the popularization and application of belt conveyor in iron and steel industry and other industries, especially it provides valuable experience for iron and steel enterprises to further reduce the running consumption of belt conveyor.First of all, reasonable optimization of motor and transport belt layer is carried out.In this paper, the motor power of 262 belt machines in the whole plant is checked by mathematical model, and the motor of six belt machines is optimized.By optimizing the variety of transport belt, the original 40 kinds of belt were compressed to 20 kinds.In order to reduce the consumption of transport belt, a non-contact guide tank is developed, which solves the problem that the transport belt is replaced in advance due to the wear of the fences.Secondly, the roller and cleaning device are studied.The fit and seal of roller bearing were improved, and the mounting distance of roller was studied.In order to reduce the labor intensity of material dropping cleaning of belt conveyor, the automatic material pushing device, the spiral adding surface wheel automatic pushing device, the spiral cleaning device, and the abundant type lower roller are studied.In order to reduce the labor intensity of the post and reduce the material drop on the spot, the optimization reform was carried out.Finally, the interface of belt machine is studied.In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of common transport belt joints are compared, and the problems of frequent faults of steel wire belt interface of bucket lift machine are mainly solved, and a new type of bucket lift steel wire belt interface is developed, and the national patent has been obtained.
