矿井提升防飞车防坠器的设计与分析

【摘要】:近年来,煤炭行业的发展越来越迅速,对煤矿安全的要求也是越来越严格。但由于自然条件的改变和生产环境的破坏,导致安全隐患依旧存在,仍要时刻警惕。煤矿提升设备是煤炭行业中必不可少的机械设备之一,防飞车防坠器作为提升设备中最为重要的安全保护装置,它的性能好坏能够直接影响工作人员和货物的安全,故对矿井提升设备中安全防坠器的不断地改进与发展是十分必要的。通过对市场需求分析可知,合理的结构设计既是防飞车防坠器能够正常工作的有效保证,更是保障工作人员和运输设备安全的重要因素。因此,对新型矿井提升防飞车防坠器的开发和研制工作具有非常重要的实际意义和实用价值。 在综合比较了几种矿井提升防坠器的总体方案后,本课题以BF-111型防飞车防坠器作为设计基础,所做的主要工作如下: 1.基于传统防飞车防坠器的工作原理和功能特点,对防飞车防坠器的抓捕装置进行了设计创新,提出了手动或自动启动抓捕装置的设计想法,并对其总体方案、主要功能和主要结构分别进行相关设计和分析。 2.基于运动学和动力学的基本原理和理论,先用三维设计软件SolidWorks建立系统的虚拟样机模型,再把模型导入到ADAMS软件中对其进行运动学和动力学仿真,最后通过仿真的结果对防飞车防坠器的性能进行评价。 3.基于建立的运动学和动力学数学模型,利用相关强度校核和有限元分析的基本理论,采用设计仿真软件ANSYS,对矿井防飞车防坠器的结构进行静力学分析和优化设计,结果表明:该新型防坠器的模型合理可行,满足设计要求。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of coal industry is more and more rapid, and the requirement of coal mine safety is more and more strict.However, due to the change of the natural conditions and the destruction of the production environment, the hidden dangers still exist.Coal mine lifting equipment is one of the necessary mechanical equipment in the coal industry. As the most important safety protection device in the lifting equipment, the anti-flying vehicle anti-drop device can directly affect the safety of the workers and goods.Therefore, it is necessary to improve and develop the safety device in mine hoisting equipment.Through the analysis of the market demand, the reasonable structure design is not only the effective guarantee of the anti-flying vehicle anti-falling device, but also the important factor to ensure the safety of the staff and transportation equipment.Therefore, it has very important practical significance and practical value for the development and research of the new type mine hoisting anti-flying vehicle anti-drop device.After a comprehensive comparison of the overall scheme of several mine hoisting and falling control devices, the main work of this project is as follows: (1) based on the design of the BF-111 type anti-falling device for flying vehicles: (1) the main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Based on the working principle and functional characteristics of the traditional anti-flying vehicle anti-drop device, the paper designs and innovates the capture device of anti-flying vehicle anti-drop device, and puts forward the design idea of manual or automatic starting catch device, and gives its overall scheme.The main function and the main structure are designed and analyzed respectively.2.Based on the basic principles and theories of kinematics and dynamics, the virtual prototype model of the system is established by using 3D design software SolidWorks, and then the model is imported into the ADAMS software for kinematics and dynamics simulation.Finally, the performance of the anti-drop device of anti-flying vehicle is evaluated by the result of simulation.3.Based on the established mathematical model of kinematics and dynamics, using the basic theory of correlation strength checking and finite element analysis, and using the design simulation software ANSYS, the statics analysis and optimization design of the structure of the anti-drop device of the mine anti-flying vehicle are carried out.The results show that the model of the new anti-drop device is reasonable and feasible and meets the design requirements.
