唐山矿Y485工作面冲击矿压防治研究

【摘要】:随着我国煤矿开采深度的不断延深,冲击矿压现象也越来越多,严重制约着煤矿安全高效开采,由于其产生机理极其复杂,影响因素众多,灾害发生的突然性和难以预测性而成为矿山力学研究的一个重要课题。唐山矿自1964年第一次发生冲击矿压以来,至今已发生81次,冲击矿压给唐山矿的安全生产带来重大威胁。论文以唐山矿Y485工作面为研究背景,对冲击矿压的危险区域划分、冲击矿压监测和防治进行了研究。在充分研究Y485工作面地质条件和开采环境的基础上,确定了Y485工作面可能发生冲击矿压的10种影响因素,并对工作面危险区域进行了划分,对Y485工作面区域已有巷道、巷道掘进、工作面回采期间的26个危险区域进行了分析和划分。采用钻孔应力计应力监测、电磁辐射仪监测和钻屑法监测等监测手段对工作面危险区域进行监测,为冲击矿压的防治措施的实施确定了时机。以从安全区域逐步进入危险区域进行解危,边监测边解危,解危后进行效果检验为原则,提出了在划分的弱危险区域和中等危险区域采用钻孔卸压或爆破措施进行卸压处理,在强危险区域使用深孔多组分段高能量爆破卸压的防治措施,取得了良好的治理效果。该研究成果对唐山矿冲击矿压的防治工作具有重要的指导作用,为矿井的安全高效开采提供了技术保障,为矿山力学的研究提供了宝贵的现场实践基础。
[Abstract]:With the continuous deepening of coal mining depth in our country, the phenomenon of impact pressure is becoming more and more, which seriously restricts the safe and efficient mining of coal mine. Because of its extremely complex mechanism, there are many influencing factors.The sudden and unpredictable occurrence of disasters has become an important subject in the study of mine mechanics.Since the first rock burst occurred in Tangshan Mine in 1964, 81 times have occurred so far. The impact pressure has brought great threat to the safety of production in Tangshan Mine.Taking Y485 face of Tangshan Mine as the research background, the paper studies the division of dangerous area of rock burst, monitoring and prevention of rock burst.On the basis of fully studying the geological conditions and mining environment of Y485 face, this paper determines 10 kinds of influencing factors that may affect the rock pressure in Y485 face, and divides the dangerous area of the working face, and has roadway in Y485 face area.The 26 dangerous areas of roadway excavation and mining face are analyzed and divided.The stress monitoring of borehole stress meter, electromagnetic radiometer and cuttings method are used to monitor the dangerous area of the working face, which determines the time for the implementation of the prevention and treatment measures of rock burst.Based on the principle of step by step entering the dangerous area from the safe area to the dangerous area, monitoring the dangerous area while resolving the danger, and checking the effect after the release of the danger, the paper puts forward that the borehole pressure relief or blasting measures should be used to relieve the pressure in the divided weak dangerous area and the middle dangerous area.The prevention and control measures of high energy blasting pressure relief in deep hole multicomponent section are used in the high risk area and good control effect has been obtained.The research results have important guiding effect on the prevention and cure of rock burst in Tangshan Mine, provide technical guarantee for the safe and efficient mining of mine, and provide a valuable practical basis for the study of mine mechanics.
