矿用本安电源Buck变换器设计与仿真

【摘要】:针对煤矿井下封闭、可燃性气体多、矿用本安电源须稳定运行的特点,对矿用本安电源变换器进行设计。根据最大输出纹波电压和本安判据的要求,分析了Buck变换器的工作原理,确定了电路中电容和电感参数的范围,提出了本安电源Buck变换器闭环控制方法,实现了Buck变换器的闭环仿真,改进了实际电路的设计调试方案。为验证结论的可靠性,利用MATLAB软件进行仿真,仿真结果表明:当电感选用0.1 m H,电容选用500μF时,Buck变换器可以稳定运行。使用闭环控制方法后,系统传递函数的穿越频率为9.96 k Hz,相角裕度为58.5°,与未使用闭环控制方法之前相比,Buck变换器能够有效降低输出纹波电压,保持输出电压恒定,证实了本安电源Buck变换器闭环控制的可行性。
[Abstract]:In view of the characteristics of closed mine, more combustible gas and stable operation of mine intrinsically safe power supply, the design of mine intrinsically safe power source converter is carried out.According to the requirement of maximum output ripple voltage and local safety criterion, the working principle of Buck converter is analyzed, the range of capacitance and inductance parameters in the circuit is determined, and the closed-loop control method of Buck converter is proposed.The closed loop simulation of Buck converter is realized, and the design and debugging scheme of practical circuit is improved.In order to verify the reliability of the conclusion, the simulation results with MATLAB software show that when the inductance is 0.1 MHz and the capacitance is 500 渭 F, the Buck converter can operate stably.After using the closed-loop control method, the crossing frequency of the system transfer function is 9.96kHz, and the phase angle margin is 58.5 掳. Compared with the previous closed-loop control method, the Buck converter can effectively reduce the output ripple voltage and keep the output voltage constant.The feasibility of closed-loop control of Buck converter is verified.
