白钨矿浮选体系含钙脉石矿物大分子有机抑制剂性能研究

【摘要】:白钨矿和含钙脉石的可浮性相似,分离时相互干扰,难以分离。前人也做了大量的研究,主要集中在寻找高效的捕收剂以及含钙脉石的有效抑制剂,取得了很多成果。本论文对大分子抑制剂进行了研究,查看它们对含钙矿物的浮选行为。论文通过单矿物浮选试验研究了大分子抑制剂对含钙矿物浮选行为的影响;并运用红外光谱、动电位和接触角测定等测试方法和手段探讨了腐殖酸钠的抑制作用机理,研究的主要内容如下:通过单矿物浮选试验,研究了腐殖酸钠、聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酸钠、羧甲基纤维素以及单宁五种大分子有机抑制剂以及水玻璃、六偏磷酸钠对含钙矿物浮选行为的影响。七种抑制剂对白钨矿和含钙脉石浮选分离能力强弱顺序为:腐殖酸钠羧甲基纤维素六偏磷酸钠单宁水玻璃聚丙烯酸钠聚丙烯酰胺。研究了不同矿浆温度条件下,腐殖酸钠对三种矿物浮选的影响,结果表明27℃比15℃更加有利于腐殖酸钠对白钨矿和含钙脉石矿物的分离。同时,研究了难免离子Fe3+、Ca2+、K+和腐殖酸钠共存时,含钙矿物的浮选行为;结果表明:Fe3+、Ca2+、K+三种离子均能促进腐殖酸钠的抑制作用;尤其Ca2+存在时会严重恶化白钨浮选。还分别采用NaOH和Na2CO3调节矿浆pH,研究腐殖酸钠对含钙矿物的浮选行为,结果表明用NaOH调节pH更加有利于白钨矿和含钙脉石的分离。红外光谱图:腐殖酸钠没有在白钨矿表面发生化学吸附;萤石的红外光谱图与萤石+腐殖酸钠的相比较,后者表面新出现了酚羟基伸缩振动峰2923.21cm-1,2853.08cm-1;方解石的红外光谱图与方解石+腐殖酸钠的相比较,后者新出现了羧基伸缩振动峰1531.91cm-1(C=O),1353.84cm-1(C-O)。动电位研究表明:腐殖酸钠存在时,白钨矿表面电位的变化不大;而萤石和方解石的表面电位负移很大。接触角测定表明:当腐殖酸钠存在时,能明显提高三种矿物表面接触角大小的差异。在处理云南某白钨选矿厂粗精矿时,先用活性炭进行脱药处理,然后分别采用腐殖酸钠和水玻璃作为抑制剂进行粗精矿精选,经过一粗三精两扫的闭路流程,当抑制剂为水玻璃时,可获得精矿含WO3 32.23%、WO3回收率71.67%;当抑制剂为腐殖酸钠时,可获得的精矿WO3品位达35.45%,回收率达74.06%。
[Abstract]:The floatability of scheelite is similar to that of calcium-bearing gangue, which interferes with each other and is difficult to separate.Many researches have been done, mainly focused on the search for efficient collectors and effective inhibitors containing calcium gangue, and many achievements have been made.In this paper, macromolecular depressants were studied to examine their flotation behavior for calcium-bearing minerals.The effect of macromolecular depressants on flotation behavior of calcium bearing minerals was studied by single mineral flotation test, and the inhibition mechanism of humic acid sodium was discussed by means of infrared spectroscopy, dynamic potential and contact angle measurement.The main contents are as follows: through the flotation test of single mineral, five kinds of macromolecular organic depressants, sodium humate, polyacrylamide, sodium polyacrylate, carboxymethyl cellulose and tannin, as well as sodium silicate were studied.Effect of sodium hexametaphosphate on flotation behavior of calcium-bearing minerals.The order of the seven depressants for flotation separation of scheelite and calcium-containing gangue is: sodium humic acid sodium carboxymethyl cellulose sodium tetramethylidene phosphate sodium tannin sodium sodium polyacrylate polyacrylamide.The effect of sodium humate on flotation of three minerals at different pulp temperatures was studied.
