基于系统动力学的安全注意力专注与衰减研究

【摘要】:为探索高危岗位员工安全事故发生概率与人机作业效率的平衡性机制,分析安全注意力与其影响因素间的因果关系,基于系统动力学(SD)原理,构建高危工作情境下安全注意力的影响因素系统模型。以煤矿矿工为研究对象,运用Vensim软件进行模拟仿真试验,探究矿工在特定系统变量条件下安全注意力专注、衰减及专注-衰减-专注过程的变化过程。结果表明,合理安排矿工的工作和休息时间能够保证安全事故发生概率与人机作业效率平衡性,并可降低矿工安全事故的发生概率。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the balance mechanism between safety accident probability and man-machine operation efficiency, and analyze the causality between safety attention and its influencing factors, based on the principle of system dynamics (SDD). A systematic model of factors influencing safety attention in high-risk work was established. Taking the coal miners as the research object, the Vensim software was used to simulate and simulate the process of the miner's safety attention focus, attenuation and attenuation-attenuation-focus process under the condition of specific system variables. The results show that reasonable arrangement of working and rest time can ensure the balance between safety accident probability and man-machine operation efficiency, and reduce the probability of miner safety accident.
