竖井掘进机凿井技术及装备研究

【摘要】:在对矿山井筒向深部发展、普通凿井法下井作业人员多与安全事故频发、钻井凿井法仅适合冲积层为主的地层条件、隧道掘进机与反井钻机等机械破岩技术及装备发展迅速等分析的基础上,结合国家"十二五"科技发展规划,提出和进行了矿山竖井掘进机研制及机械破岩凿井新工艺研究。针对有导孔竖井掘进机的特点,研发了机械破岩竖井掘进机凿井工艺,给出了主要技术参数,确定了竖井掘进机推进、旋转、支撑、破岩等主体结构型式、电液伺服系统控制方法以及加工制造工艺,分析了竖井掘进机、吊盘、提升等系统在井筒的空间布置。研究成果将为竖井掘进机的试验与应用打下坚实的基础。
[Abstract]:In the development of mine shaft to the deep, the common sinking method has more workers and frequent safety accidents, and drilling and sinking method is only suitable for the formation conditions where the alluvial layer is the main one. Based on the analysis of the rapid development of mechanical rock breaking technology and equipment, such as tunnel tunneling machine and reverse drilling machine, combined with the national "12th Five-Year Plan" scientific and technological development plan, this paper puts forward and carries out the research on the development of mine shaft roadheader and the new technology of mechanical rock breaking and sinking. According to the characteristics of shaft roadheader with guide hole, the drilling technology of mechanical rock breaking shaft roadheader is developed, the main technical parameters are given, and the main structure types of shaft roadheader such as propulsion, rotation, support and rock breaking are determined. The control method and manufacturing technology of electro-hydraulic servo system are analyzed. The spatial arrangement of shaft roadheader, hoist and hoisting system in shaft shaft is analyzed. The research results will lay a solid foundation for the test and application of shaft roadheader.
