冶金矿山企业信息化水平测度研究

【摘要】:当前,我国信息化快速发展,对冶金矿山企业探索新的运营方式,不断完善和丰富智慧矿山体系,突破发展瓶颈最终实现跨越式发展具有重要意义。然而我国冶金矿山企业信息化变革起步较晚,发展较慢,缺乏对冶金矿山企业信息化的系统性研究,可以借鉴的成功案例较少。因此,冶金矿山企业如何结合自身特点进行信息化建设,如何测度当前的信息化水平,如何将有限的信息化资源最优配置,最终有效促进冶金矿山企业信息化建设成为企业决策者面临的重要问题。本文首先介绍了在国家信息化建设的大背景下,以冶金矿山企业信息化相关理论为切入点,结合冶金矿山企业的特点,论述了冶金矿山企业信息化建设中存在的问题。并阐述了冶金矿山企业信息化测度的内涵、目的与意义。为了避免当前大多数信息化指标未能很好描述投入产出关系、避免信息化资源无效投入,创新性的将国家信息化测评中心提出的信息化评价体系中的效能指标引入冶金矿山企业信息化研究中,在以往基本指标基础上,结合了战略规划适宜度、管理应用适宜度、资本投资适宜度、资源匹配适宜度、信息获取灵敏度、安全运行灵敏度六大效能指标进行信息化测度,并分别对各指标的内容进行的介绍并阐述了计算方法,其次为了避免层次分析法等主观赋权的影响,采用熵权法确定指标权重,为冶金矿山企业信息化水平测度奠定了基础。由于冶金矿山企业信息化效能指标的灰色,模糊的特性,采用多层次灰色综合评价法对此进行测度,将效能指标分为不同的评价灰类,建立属于各个灰类的白化权函数,定量化描述指标属于某个灰类的程度,根据所得出评价矩阵计算效能指标的测度值。最后结合三家冶金矿山企业案例进行验证,测度结果和三家企业实际信息化水平相符。总之,论文是在多种方法及理论的指导下完成了研究的工作,并最终构建了:(1)一个指标体系:符合冶金矿山企业自身特点的信息化测度指标体系(2)一个系统:冶金矿山企业信息化测度系统。本文可为企业信息化建设提供良好的借鉴和帮助。
[Abstract]:At present, the rapid development of information technology in China is of great significance for metallurgical mining enterprises to explore new modes of operation, to continuously improve and enrich the system of intelligent mines, and to break through the bottleneck of development and finally realize leap-forward development. However, the informatization reform of metallurgical mining enterprises in our country starts late, develops slowly, lacks systematic research on the informatization of metallurgical mining enterprises, and few successful cases can be used for reference. Therefore, the metallurgical mining enterprises how to combine their own characteristics of information construction, how to measure the current level of information, how to optimize the allocation of limited information resources, Finally, it is an important problem for decision makers to promote the informatization construction of metallurgical mining enterprises. This paper first introduces the problems existing in the informatization construction of metallurgical mining enterprises under the background of national informatization construction, taking the relevant theories of informatization of metallurgical mining enterprises as the starting point and combining the characteristics of metallurgical mining enterprises. The connotation, purpose and significance of the measurement of informatization in metallurgical mining enterprises are also expounded. In order to avoid most of the current information indicators fail to describe the input-output relationship well, and avoid the invalid input of information resources, This paper innovatively introduces the efficiency index of the informatization evaluation system put forward by the National Information Evaluation Center into the informatization research of metallurgical mining enterprises. On the basis of the previous basic indexes, it combines the suitability degree of strategic planning and the suitability of management application. Capital investment suitability, resource matching suitability, information acquisition sensitivity, safety operation sensitivity are measured by information technology, and the contents of each index are introduced and calculated. Secondly in order to avoid the influence of subjective weight such as analytic hierarchy process the entropy weight method is used to determine the index weight which lays a foundation for the measurement of informatization level of metallurgical mining enterprises. Because of the grey and fuzzy characteristics of the information efficiency index of metallurgical mine enterprise, the multi-level grey comprehensive evaluation method is used to measure the index, and the efficiency index is divided into different evaluation grey classes, and the whitening weight function belonging to each grey class is established. Quantificationally describing the degree of index belonging to a certain grey class, the measure value of efficiency index is calculated according to the evaluation matrix. Finally, three cases of metallurgical mining enterprises are used to verify that the measured results are consistent with the actual information level of the three enterprises. In a word, under the guidance of many methods and theories, the thesis has completed the research work. Finally, an index system is constructed: the index system of information-based measurement in accordance with the characteristics of metallurgical mining enterprises. A system called "Metallurgical Mine Enterprise Informatization Measurement system" is constructed. This article can provide good reference and help for enterprise information construction.
