频率加权能量算子在振动筛故障诊断中的应用

【摘要】:Teager能量算子解调方法在信号领域已经得到广泛应用,但由于对噪声较为敏感,造成其鲁棒性较差。振动筛属于振动机械设备中的筛分设备,其结构特点与运行原理与普通的旋转机械有着很大不同,因此提取出的振动信号同旋转机械提取出的振动信号也同样有着较大区别,主要体现在,信号中不仅存在着大量的背景噪声,而且信号中的成分也较为复杂,因此传统的能量算子在振动机械的实际应用上受到了很大限制。基于此,提出一种全新的能量算子方法—频率加权能量算子,该方法在很大程度上解决了传统能量算子关于噪声敏感性的缺点。将该方法应用到仿真模拟实验与振动筛实际应用中,并同传统的能量算子进行比较,发现能够很好的分离出故障频率,证明了该方法具有实用性与优越性。
[Abstract]:The Teager energy operator demodulation method has been widely used in the signal field, but because of its sensitivity to noise, its robustness is poor. The vibrating screen belongs to the screening equipment in the vibration machinery. Its structural characteristics and operating principle are quite different from that of the ordinary rotating machinery. Therefore, the vibration signals extracted from the rotating machinery are the same as the rotating machinery. The vibration signals taken out are also different. It is mainly reflected in the fact that there are not only a large number of background noises in the signal, but also the complexity of the components in the signal. Therefore, the traditional energy operator has been greatly restricted in the practical application of vibration machinery. Based on this, a new energy operator method, frequency weighting, is proposed. The energy operator, to a great extent, solves the disadvantage of the noise sensitivity of the traditional energy operator. The method is applied to the simulation experiment and the practical application of the vibrating screen, and is compared with the traditional energy operator. It is found that the fault frequency can be separated well, and the method is proved to be practical and superior.
