基于专家控制系统的磨机负荷优化方法研究

【摘要】:球磨机是选矿厂的主要设备,并且磨矿工序在整个选矿过程中具有重要的地位,磨矿过程控制水平与控制效果的好坏直接影响磨矿产品的质量及矿厂的经济效益。磨机负荷是磨矿过程的重要参数,能否使磨机在最佳磨机负荷状态下工作,直接影响到磨矿的效率、效果及矿厂的经济效益。而矿石的耐磨性、粒度和磨机衬板磨损程度等参数极易发生变化,造成磨机负荷的最佳工作点不断漂移,磨机负荷很难达到良好的自动控制效果。课题简述了当前国内外磨矿过程控制技术的研究水平及现状,借鉴专家经验对磨矿过程历史数据进行分析和计算,给出不同料球比下磨机负荷与处理量之间的关系。开发了OPC客户端,以WINCC作为OPC的服务器,实现了OPC客户端与WINCC之间的数据传输,并将数据保存在数据库SQL 2005中。结合动态寻优算法和模糊控制理论对磨机负荷进行控制,用Visual C++语言为开发工具设计并实现了磨机负荷专家控制系统,构建专家控制的内容框架,实现了磨机负荷的自动寻优控制。课题的目标是通过对磨机运行特性和磨机负荷的分析,研究并提出基于专家控制的磨机负荷优化控制算法,使系统能够在参数不断变化的磨矿过程中自动、快速的达到最佳负荷状态,在保证产品质量的前提下,提高磨矿过程生产效率,增加矿厂经济效益。
[Abstract]:Ball mill is the main equipment in the concentrator and the grinding process plays an important role in the whole process. The control level and control effect of the grinding process directly affect the quality of grinding products and the economic benefits of the mill. Mill load is an important parameter in the grinding process. Whether the mill can work under the optimal load condition will directly affect the grinding efficiency, effect and economic benefit of the mill. However, the wear resistance of ore, particle size and wear degree of mill liner are easy to change, which causes the best working point of mill load to drift constantly, and it is difficult to achieve a good automatic control effect of mill load. This paper briefly introduces the research level and present situation of grinding process control technology at home and abroad, analyzes and calculates the historical data of grinding process by referring to the experience of experts, and gives the relationship between mill load and processing capacity under different material / ball ratio. The OPC client is developed and WINCC is used as the OPC server. The data transfer between OPC client and WINCC is realized, and the data is saved in the database SQL 2005. Combined with dynamic optimization algorithm and fuzzy control theory to control mill load, the expert control system of mill load is designed and implemented with Visual C language, and the content frame of expert control is constructed. The automatic optimization control of mill load is realized. The goal of the project is to study and put forward an optimized control algorithm of mill load based on expert control by analyzing the mill operation characteristics and mill load, so that the system can automatically control the grinding process with changing parameters. Under the premise of ensuring the product quality, the production efficiency of grinding process is improved and the economic benefit of ore plant is increased.
