伊春辉钼矿浮选工艺优化试验研究

【摘要】:针对伊春低品位辉钼矿,采用浮选工艺获得高品位钼精矿。采用单因素试验方法,重点考察了药剂制度(p H值、混合抑制剂用量、捕收剂用量、起泡剂用量)及物理因素(磨矿粒度、温度、浮选转速、充气量、刮泡时间)对浮选指标的综合影响。单因素试验结果表明,当矿浆浓度为45%时,该辉钼矿浮选的最佳工艺条件为:温度20℃、p H值8.7,混合抑制剂用量600 g/t,捕收剂用量115 g/t,起泡剂用量60 g/t、磨矿粒度为-74μm占70.93%,浮选转速2000 r/min,充气量0.3 m3/h、刮泡时间8 min;此条件下经"一粗一扫"工艺,可获得钼品位2.81%、回收率为94.62%的粗钼精矿。基于此优化条件,采用"一粗六精一扫"的开路试验流程,可获得品位为45.68%、回收率为31.75%的钼精矿,而采用"一粗六精一扫、中矿顺序返回"的闭路试验流程,最终可获得品位为40.32%、回收率为93.28%的钼精矿。
