新型席夫碱捕收剂的合成及对氧化铜矿浮选性能研究

【摘要】:高选择性捕收剂的研发对于氧化铜矿研究有很重要的意义。近几年,螯合捕收剂广泛的应用到氧化铜矿的浮选中,本文合成了七种席夫碱螯合类捕收剂,并利用这七种席夫碱对孔雀石和石英矿浮选性能进行了系统的实验研究,并在此基础上利用Zeta电位,红外光谱以及采用DFT(密度泛函理论)中的B3LYP/6-31g方法从宏观和微观方面探究了席夫碱和孔雀石矿物的作用机理。采用胺类化合物和相应的醛、酮为原料合成了苯胺缩水杨醛席夫碱(A1),邻氨基酚缩苯甲醛席夫碱(A2),正己胺缩水杨醛席夫碱(A3),正四胺缩水杨醛席夫碱(A4),环己胺缩水杨醛席夫碱(A5),糠醛偶姻肟(A6),安息香肟(A7)共七种席夫碱,通过红外和核磁分析手段对合成的七种席夫碱化合物进行了表征。孔雀石和石英的单矿物浮选实验结果表明,在只使用席夫碱化合物做捕收剂浮选时,A1、A2、A3、A4、A5的捕收能力较好,但是A6、A7的捕收能力一般,这几种捕收剂的捕收能力如下A1A2A3≈A5A4A6A7。当使用席夫碱和柴油组合作为捕收剂时,席夫碱的捕收能力有所提高,尤其是A6、A7提高的较大。本文还从构效关系的角度研究了七种捕收剂的浮选能力,发现同分异构原理以及同系物原理可以运用到浮选药剂的设计中。选用A1、A6、A7和柴油组合作为捕收剂对孔雀石和石英的模拟混合矿物进行试验,实验结果表明这些药剂对孔雀石的浮选回收率可达到80%,品位可达90以上。Zeta电位和红外光谱的分析手段表明,席夫碱捕收剂在孔雀石矿物表面的作用主要是通过席夫碱化合物中的C=N和-OH键与矿物表面的阳离子形成配位键,属于化学吸附,但是在石英矿物表面没有吸附能力。采用DFT(密度泛函理论)中的B3LYP/6-31g方法对合成的七种捕收剂进行结构优化,得到了分子的最优结构和HOMO(最高分子占据轨道)、LUMO(最低分子空轨道)以及HOMO和LUMO之间的能级差?E,从?E的角度分析了捕收剂的捕收能力,结果表明和浮选实验相对应。
[Abstract]:The research and development of high selective collector is of great significance for the study of copper oxide ore. In recent years, chelating collectors have been widely used in the flotation of copper oxide ores. Seven kinds of Schiff base chelating collectors have been synthesized, and the flotation properties of malachite and quartz ores have been systematically studied by using these seven kinds of Schiff bases. On this basis, the interaction mechanism of Schiff base and malachite minerals was studied by using Zeta potential, infrared spectroscopy and B3LYP/6-31g method in density functional theory (DFT).
