基于FCS的钼矿选矿浮选自动加药系统的设计

【摘要】:加药是钼矿选矿浮选过程中非常重要的环节之一,直接影响着有色金属钼的浮选效率。钼作为一种比较希少的有色金属,其工业应用非常广泛,它是一种不可再生资源,出于对环境保护的需要也不允许我们浪费资源,所以提高有色金属钼的浮选效率有着非常重要的社会效益和经济效益。先进的自动化控制系统在浮选过程中的有效应用,是提高钼矿选矿浮选水平的途径之一,FCS(现场总线控制系统)作为现在最先进的自动化控制解决方案之一,有着非常强的优势,FCS结构简单、理念先进、开放性强、可维护性高,同时FCS其理念涵盖企业管理层、中间控制层和现场执行层,使生产和管理有机结合提高了整个浮选工厂的管理和信息化水平。自动加药系统其主要任务就是精确地控制加药速度,其控制对象是各个加药点的加药电磁阀,控制原理是利用出口流原理控制加药电磁阀在加药周期内的开关时间,其前题是必须保证加药电磁阀所在药剂箱的液面恒定在一个液位高度,同时在此液面高度下获得单位时间内本加药电磁阀的最大加药速度,然后通过比值关系计算出加药电磁阀在加药周期内的开关时间,从而获得目标加药速度。本文介绍FCS现场总线控制系统在金堆城百花岭钼矿选矿浮选自动加药系统中的应用,从应用提出、需要分析、系统选型、设计、实施、调试、测试到最后项目完成,是一个有机统一的完整过程。具体设计内容是根据需求分析确定任务与目标,对比分析现阶段主流控制系统体系结构,根据任务与目标的特点确定与选择FCS作为本加药系统的控制结构,然后分别从硬件系统、软件系统、网络系统三方面出发对自动加药系统的实现进行详细说明和设计,然后对设计完成的自动加药系统进行了整机调试和全面测试,该系统硬件设备工作稳定、可靠,软件界面友好、易于操作和升级,各项技术指标达到了设计要求。
[Abstract]:The addition of medicine is one of the most important links in the flotation process of molybdenum ore, which directly affects the flotation efficiency of non-ferrous molybdenum. Molybdenum, as a rare non-ferrous metal, is widely used in industry. It is a non-renewable resource, and it does not allow us to waste resources out of the need of environmental protection. Therefore, improving the flotation efficiency of non-ferrous molybdenum has very important social and economic benefits. The effective application of the advanced automatic control system in the flotation process is one of the ways to improve the flotation level of molybdenum ore dressing. FCS (Field bus Control system) is one of the most advanced automatic control solutions. FCS has a very strong advantage, such as simple structure, advanced concept, strong openness, high maintainability, and FCS concept covers management, intermediate control layer and field execution layer. The combination of production and management improves the management and information level of the whole floatation plant. The main task of the automatic dosing system is to control the dosing speed accurately. The control object is the solenoid valve of each dosing point, and the control principle is to control the switching time of the dosing solenoid valve during the dosing cycle by using the principle of outlet flow. The former problem is to ensure that the liquid level of the dosing solenoid valve is constant at a liquid level, and at the same time, the maximum dosing speed of the solenoid valve per unit time is obtained. Then the switching time of the solenoid valve during the dosing period is calculated by the ratio relation, and the target dosing speed is obtained. This paper introduces the application of FCS fieldbus control system in the automatic charging system of flotation of Bahualing molybdenum mine in Jinduicheng. The application puts forward, needs analysis, system selection, design, implementation, debugging, test and final project completion. Is an organic unity of the complete process. The specific design content is to determine the task and the target according to the demand analysis, to compare and analyze the current mainstream control system architecture, to determine and select FCS as the control structure of the drug feeding system according to the characteristics of the task and the target. Then the realization of automatic dosing system is described and designed in detail from three aspects of hardware system, software system and network system, and then the whole machine debugging and overall testing of the designed automatic dosing system are carried out. The hardware of the system is stable, reliable, friendly software interface, easy to operate and upgrade, and the technical specifications meet the design requirements.
