浅孔留矿法在黑箐铜矿的改进及实践

【摘要】:本文分析了四川黑箐铜矿利用浅孔留矿法回采急倾斜厚大矿体时在回采工艺及技术方面存在的不足及问题,分析了造成矿山高损失贫化及现场生产秩序混乱的根本原因是没有一套针对急倾斜厚大矿体的浅孔留矿法合理回采工艺,本文针对存在的回采工艺及技术问题提出了不同的改进措施,并且在矿山得到了实践与应用。本文通过对矿房结构参数的优化改进使得浅孔留矿法与矿山的矿体条件更为匹配,采场产能大大提高;通过对底部结构的改进试验,最终采用了漏斗受矿-电耙出矿底部结构,大大提升了出矿效率,提高了作业安全程度,改善了工人作业环境,节省了人力财力;通过利用中深孔逐层爆破进行拉底扩漏,提高了拉底扩漏工程的效率与可靠性,降低了成本;通过经济有效的矿柱回收方法对矿山部分矿柱进行回收,不仅创造了很大经济价值,也为矿山提高了原矿回收率;根据采空区的形态,采用以硐室爆破为主、中深孔爆破为辅的空区处理技术,成功解决了采空区危害和作业施工安全问题。以上措施在矿山得到试验成功并部分推广,取得良好效果。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the shortcomings and problems in the mining process and technology of steep inclined thick ore body in Heqing Copper Mine, Sichuan Province, by using shallow hole retention method are analyzed. It is analyzed that the fundamental cause of the high loss and dilution of mine and the confusion of production order in the field is that there is not a set of reasonable mining technology of shallow hole retaining method for sharp inclined thick large ore body. In this paper, different improvement measures are put forward in view of the existing mining technology and technical problems, and have been practiced and applied in mines. In this paper, by optimizing the structural parameters of the orehouse, the shallow hole retaining method is more suitable to the ore body condition of the mine, and the stope productivity is greatly improved, and through the improvement test of the bottom structure, the funnel ore-electric rake bottom structure is finally adopted. The mining efficiency is greatly improved, the working safety level is improved, the working environment is improved, and the manpower and financial resources are saved. It not only creates great economic value, but also improves the recovery rate of raw ore, according to the form of goaf, it adopts chamber blasting as the main method. The problem of goaf hazard and construction safety has been solved successfully by the technique of medium and deep hole blasting. The above measures have been successfully tested and partially popularized in mines, and good results have been obtained.
