微生物负载热活化矸石制净水石的研究

【摘要】:煤矸石是一种以高岭石为主要成分的硅酸盐类固体废弃物。煤矸石具有自燃、淋溶、稳定性差的的属性,对环境带来了污染,以煤矸石为原料制备净水石,可以达到以废治废的目的。利用热活化煤矸石进行改性,制备出吸附性能优良的吸附剂作为负载复合菌群的载体,采用先吸附,再用戊二醛交联固定的复合固定化技术,制备生物负载净水石,用于对黑龙江科技大学生活污水的处理。运用XRD、红外光谱、SEM、COD等分析检测手段,对载体的制备、生物负载、生活污水的净化效果等过程进行分析。试验结果表明,在800℃条件下热活化的煤矸石,负载微生物菌群制得的净水石,COD的去除率为90.42%。重金属离子Zn~(2+)的去除率为96.60%。活化矸石负载复合菌群对Zn~(2+)的等温吸附更符合Freundlich模型。
[Abstract]:Coal gangue is a kind of silicate solid waste with kaolinite as its main component. Coal gangue has the properties of spontaneous combustion, leaching and poor stability, which brings pollution to the environment. Using coal gangue as raw material to prepare purified water stone can achieve the purpose of waste treatment. The adsorbents with excellent adsorption properties were prepared by using thermally activated coal gangue as the carrier of the loaded complex flora. The bio-loaded water-purifying stone was prepared by using the composite immobilization technology of adsorption first and then glutaraldehyde crosslinking and immobilized. Used for treatment of domestic sewage in Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology. The preparation of carrier, biological load and purification efficiency of domestic sewage were analyzed by means of XRD, infrared spectrum and SEMN COD. The results showed that the removal rate of COD of purified water stone was 90.42 2 when coal gangue was thermally activated at 800 鈩,
