煤矿用液压支架常见失效形式及其对策分析

【摘要】：根据阳煤集团液压支架使用情况及维修经验,分析了液压支架结构件、立柱、千斤顶等关键部件的主要失效形式及失效原因,提出了设计、制造、使用、维修等不同阶段如何减少和解决液压支架失效问题,可以更好地指导煤矿现场进行液压支架故障分析与维修。
[Abstract]:According to the use and maintenance experience of hydraulic support in Yang-Coal Group, the main failure forms and failure reasons of key components of hydraulic support, such as structural parts, columns, jacks and so on, are analyzed, and the design, manufacture and use are put forward. How to reduce and solve the failure problem of hydraulic support in different stages such as maintenance can better guide the fault analysis and maintenance of hydraulic support in coal mine.
