基于视频的煤矿带式输送机自动调速控制系统

【摘要】:为满足变频带式输送机载煤量自动匹配调速控制的要求,实现节能降耗,研发了一种基于视频的矿井带式输送机自动调速控制。该系统使用数字摄像仪,利用视频图像处理技术动态获取带式输送机上的瞬时煤量;结合矿井运输系统的拓扑结构,自动计算物料(煤)的运输长度,建立运输系统模型,获取煤流动态分布情况;在此基础上,自动调整变频器的转速,实现带式输送机速度与运输煤量匹配。在中国神华神东公司哈拉沟煤矿运行结果表明:该系统运行稳定,在满足实际生产的条件下,有效地将变频带式输送机的平均转速降至86%,达到了节能降耗、延长输送带寿命、提高经济效益的目的。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the requirement of automatic matching speed control of coal load of frequency conversion belt conveyor and realize energy saving and consumption reduction, a kind of automatic speed regulation control of mine belt conveyor based on video was developed. The system uses digital camera, uses video image processing technology to dynamically obtain the instantaneous coal quantity on belt conveyor, combines the topological structure of mine transportation system, automatically calculates the transportation length of material (coal), and establishes the transport system model. On the basis of this, the speed of frequency converter is adjusted automatically to match the speed of belt conveyor with the amount of coal transported. The results of operation in Haragou Coal Mine of Shenhua Shendong Company in China show that the system is running stably, and under the condition of actual production, the average rotational speed of the frequency conversion belt conveyor is effectively reduced to 86, the energy saving and consumption reduction is achieved, and the life of the conveyor belt is prolonged.
