粗骨料膏体抗离析性能评价模型与实验研究

【摘要】:通过建立骨料在料浆中的力学模型,确定粗骨料充填料浆具备良好抗离析性能的条件式M.运用三因素三水平正交实验研究料浆饱和率为101.5%~105.3%时M值和离析率的取值范围:以M=6作为料浆屈服应力在(200±25)Pa时的判定临界值,可得相同条件下满足饱和率要求的料浆M值范围为2.3~4.2,从而得到适合工程应用、具备较好抗离析性能的料浆离析率为11.6%~17.8%.采用某矿固体物料按照现场参数充填料浆,对实验结果进行实例验证.结果表明:实例M值和离析率范围与理论范围吻合良好.离析率预测值与测量值相比,误差分别为4.24%,1.09%,0.67%.
[Abstract]:By establishing the mechanical model of aggregate in slurry, the conditional formula M is determined that coarse aggregate filling slurry has good segregation resistance. Using three factors and three levels orthogonal experiment, the range of M value and segregation rate of slurry saturation ratio is 101.5 ~ 105.3.The critical value of yield stress of slurry is determined at 200 卤25)Pa. Under the same conditions, the M value range of the slurry satisfying the saturation rate requirement is 2. 3 ~ 4. 2. Thus, the slurry segregation rate which is suitable for engineering application and has better anti-segregation performance is 11. 6% and 17. 8%. The experiment results are verified by using solid material in a mine to fill slurry according to field parameters. The results show that the range of M value and segregation rate are in good agreement with the theoretical range. Compared with the measured values, the deviation of the predicted segregation rate is 4.24 / 1.09 and 0.67, respectively.
