基于最大主应力判据的深埋巷道岩爆预测

【摘要】:岩爆是开采深部矿床常遇到的难题,会对矿山企业造成巨大的损失。为了预测深部矿床围岩的岩爆活动,文章针对某金属矿深埋巷道开挖工程,首先通过室内岩石力学试验获取多个围岩岩爆倾向性指标值,并以有效冲击能量指标W为主,其他指标为辅,判定矿区各围岩的岩爆倾向。在此基础上,依据基于最大主应力的岩爆判别准则,对不同深度的大理岩和花岗闪长斑岩两种围岩的巷道开挖进行了数值模拟计算,由此判定了巷道周边各部位的岩爆等级。结果表明:该矿区埋深为450~1 050 m的两种围岩巷道不同部位,开挖完成后均可能出现中等至高等的岩爆活动,各部位的岩爆等级排序为底板两侧巷道两帮拱顶内缘;埋深情况相同的两种围岩巷道,花岗闪长斑岩巷道发生岩爆的等级更高。该研究结果为深埋巷道的开挖及制定合理的岩爆预防措施提供了依据。
[Abstract]:Rock burst is a difficult problem often encountered in mining deep ore deposits, which will cause huge losses to mining enterprises. In order to predict the rockburst activity in the surrounding rock of deep ore deposit, aiming at the excavation of deep buried roadway in a metal mine, this paper first obtains several rock burst tendency index values by indoor rock mechanics test, and mainly takes the effective impact energy index W as the main factor. Other indicators are supplementary to determine the rock burst tendency of each surrounding rock in mining area. On this basis, according to the criterion of rock burst discrimination based on the maximum principal stress, the excavation of two kinds of surrounding rock of marble and granodiorite with different depths is numerically simulated, and the grade of rock burst around the roadway is determined. The results show that two kinds of surrounding rock roadways with a depth of 450 ~ 1050m are likely to occur moderate to higher rockburst activities after excavation, and the order of rock burst grades of each part is the inner edge of two side arch roof of roadway on both sides of bottom plate. The rock burst of granodiorite porphyry roadway is higher in two kinds of surrounding rock roadways with the same buried depth. The results provide a basis for excavation of deep-buried roadway and reasonable prevention measures of rock burst.
