圆锥破碎机衬板磨损研究

【摘要】:破碎机作为破碎矿石物料主要设备,广泛应用于矿山、建筑、冶金等行业当中。圆锥破碎机因其破碎粒度范围广、效率高等优点在破碎过程中起着不可替代的作用。由于圆锥破碎机工作环境恶劣,正常工作时破碎机衬板磨损严重,需经常更换。随着破碎的物料总量不断增加,巨大的钢耗支出和更换衬板带来的时间浪费严重制约着圆锥破碎机的效率。因此,加强对破碎机衬板的磨损研究十分必要,亟需开发高效、节能环保的圆锥破碎机。文章就圆锥破碎机衬板磨损状况进行以下研究工作。为了更好地计算衬板表面的破碎力,基于圆锥破碎机运动学理论和破碎机腔型几何结构分析,提出了一种新的破碎机两衬板间距的方法,进而建立了一种新的计算衬板表面破碎力的方法,得到了衬板表面的破碎力分布规律。通过采用经验公式计算衬板表面平均破碎力,验证了模型的合理性和可靠性,为研究衬板表面的磨损量奠定了基础。为了更好的预测衬板寿命,基于衬板表面破碎力计算模型,提出新的计算衬板表面磨损量的计算模型。通过与现场实测数据进行比对,验证其有效性,从而能够更好地预测衬板寿命。为了减少衬板表面磨损量,研究了破碎机结构参数和工艺参数对衬板磨损状况的影响规律,并选取动锥底角、偏心套转速和进动角研究变量进行优化设计,并计算优化后衬板表面磨损量验证其可靠性。同时通过理论推导,得到一种新的耐磨腔型的设计模型,并通过计算衬板表面磨损量验证其耐磨性优于原腔型,其对设计破碎机腔型有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:As the main equipment of crushing ore material, crusher is widely used in mining, construction, metallurgy and other industries. Cone crusher plays an irreplaceable role in the crushing process because of its wide range of crushing granularity and high efficiency. Because the working environment of cone crusher is bad, the liner of crusher is worn seriously under normal working condition, so it needs to be replaced frequently. With the increasing of the total amount of broken materials, the efficiency of cone crusher is seriously restricted by the huge steel consumption and the waste of time caused by the replacement of linings. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the research on the wear of crusher liner, and it is urgent to develop an efficient, energy saving and environmental protection cone crusher. In this paper, the following research work is carried out on the wear condition of the lining of cone crusher. In order to better calculate the crushing force on the surface of lining plate, based on kinematics theory of cone crusher and geometric structure analysis of crusher cavity, a new method of distance between two linings of crusher is put forward. Then a new method to calculate the breakage force on the liner surface is established, and the distribution of the breakage force on the liner surface is obtained. The rationality and reliability of the model are verified by calculating the average breakage force of the liner surface by empirical formula, which lays a foundation for the study of the wear rate of the liner surface. In order to better predict the life of the liner, a new model for calculating the wear on the surface of the liner is proposed based on the model of the crushing force on the surface of the liner. The validity of the method is verified by comparing it with the field measured data, which can better predict the life of the liner. In order to reduce the surface wear of the liner, the influence of the crusher structure and process parameters on the wear of the liner was studied, and the dynamic cone bottom angle, eccentric sleeve speed and precession angle were selected to optimize the design. The reliability is verified by calculating the surface wear of the optimized liner. At the same time, through theoretical derivation, a new design model of wear-resistant cavity is obtained, and its wear resistance is proved to be superior to that of the original cavity by calculating the wear quantity of liner surface, which has certain reference value for the design of crusher cavity.
