离子液体抑制煤自燃的程序升温试验研究

【摘要】:离子液体对煤分子结构活性官能团具有显著的溶解破坏作用,能为抑制煤自燃提供有效途径。为了考察咪唑类离子液体对内蒙古鄂尔多斯色连矿烟煤氧化特性的影响,选取4种离子液体[BMIM][NO3]、[BMIM][I]、[EMIM][BF4]、[BMIM][BF4]处理煤样,并采用程序升温氧化法对煤样进行实验,研究不同温度下离子液体对煤自燃的阻化效果。结果表明:离子液体[EMIM][BF4]、[BMIM][BF4]对煤自燃阻化效果显著,其中[BMIM][BF4]在120~150℃的阻化效果最为明显,可为煤自燃防治提供基础和参考。
[Abstract]:Ionic liquids can dissolve and destroy the active functional groups of coal molecular structure and provide an effective way to suppress spontaneous combustion of coal. In order to investigate the effect of imidazole ionic liquids on oxidation characteristics of bituminous coal in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, four kinds of ionic liquids [BMIM] [NO3], [BMIM] [I], [EMIM] [BF4], [BMIM] [BF4] were selected to treat coal samples. The inhibition effect of ionic liquids on coal spontaneous combustion at different temperatures was studied. The results show that ionic liquid [EMIM] [BF4] and [BMIM] [BF4] have remarkable effect on coal spontaneous combustion resistance, and [BMIM] [BF4] has the most obvious effect at 120 鈩,
