沿空留巷砌体隔离墙砌块结构对承载能力的影响研究

【摘要】:沿空留巷巷旁装配隔离墙大尺寸砌块能够实现机械化施工,又有良好的施工效率,在工程应用中具有很多优越性。为了克服实心大尺寸砌块的重量因素,本文以大尺寸砌块中的实心砌块、空心砌块、空心充填砌块以及空心尺寸变化等不同结构形式的砌块为研究对象,对砌块的质量与强度关系进行研究。利用灰色理论在混凝土应用上的适用性和灰色理论中GM(1,1)预测模型做为研究手段,通过对小尺寸砌块的数据建立GM(1,1)模型,根据模型预测大尺寸砌块的强度值和尺寸变化对强度的影响规律;以及利用ANSYS模拟手段,研究空心、充填空心等不同结构形式、不同空心尺寸大小砌块中质量与强度关系。研究表明:大尺寸混凝土砌块中尺寸的变化对砌块强度的影响较小,尺寸在350mm-450mm之间时,尺寸对强度的影响较大;大尺寸混凝土砌块在抗压达到极限强度后还存在一定的承载力,并且随着尺寸的增大残余承载力大体呈线性增大;在利用ANSYS软件对不同空心结构和不同空心尺寸砌块的非线性研究对比中,充填贯穿孔砌块在受压破坏中,质量减小对抗压强度影响较小,其中圆形贯穿孔充填砌块的质量减小45%而强度只减少了30%,方形贯穿孔充填砌块的质量减小50%而强度减少了40%,在空心充填砌块的质量与强度的关系中,空心尺寸在小于0.25时,强度有所提高,通过空心与空心充填砌块的对比,空心不充填砌块的质量变化对抗压强度影响较大,空心充填可以大大改善混凝土砌块的受力性能。根据研究结果,文章建议在沿空留巷巷旁隔离墙支护中选用圆形贯穿孔充填砌块,圆形孔尺寸根据所需强度选择相应的尺寸。
[Abstract]:In order to overcome the weight factors of solid large size block, the solid block in large size block, hollow block, hollow filling block, and the change of hollow size in large size block can be overcome by the mechanical construction and good construction efficiency. The relationship between the quality and strength of the block is studied with the same type of block as the research object. The applicability of the grey theory in the concrete application and the GM (1,1) prediction model in the grey theory are used as the research means. The model of GM (1,1) is established by the data of small size block, and the strength and ruler of the large size block are predicted according to the model. The influence of the change on the strength and the relationship between the mass and strength of different hollow size blocks, such as hollow, filling hollow, etc., are studied by means of ANSYS simulation. The study shows that the change of size in the large size concrete block has little effect on the strength of the block, and the size to the strength is between the size of 350mm-450mm and the strength of the size. The large size concrete block has a certain bearing capacity when the compressive strength reaches the ultimate strength, and the residual bearing capacity increases linearly with the increase of the size. In the nonlinear study of different hollow structures and different hollow size blocks with the ANSYS software, the filling perforation block is in the compression failure, The mass reduction has little effect on the compressive strength, in which the mass of the circular perforation filling block is reduced by 45% and the strength is only reduced by 30%. The mass of the square perforation filling block is reduced by 50% and the strength is reduced by 40%. In the relationship between the quality and strength of the hollow filling block, the strength of hollow size is less than 0.25, and the strength is improved by hollow and through hollow. Compared with hollow filling block, the quality change of hollow non filling block has great influence on the compressive strength. Hollow filling can greatly improve the mechanical properties of concrete block. According to the results of the study, it is suggested that the circular perforation fill block is selected in the side retaining wall support in the alley along the goaf, and the size of the circular hole is selected according to the required strength.
