钾离子抑制蒙脱石水化膨胀的试验研究

【摘要】:蒙脱石是影响煤泥水沉降性能的主要因素,为了研究钾离子对蒙脱石水化膨胀的抑制性能,进行蒙脱石的静沉降试验和压滤试验。蒙脱石在去离子水溶液中体积膨胀为原干粉体积的2.3倍,而蒙脱石在0.1 mol/L的钾离子溶液中的体积膨胀仅为原来的1.8倍,且蒙脱石在钾离子溶液中的过滤速度明显快于在去离子水溶液中的过滤速度。钾离子可较好地抑制蒙脱石的水化膨胀,且钾离子对蒙脱石膨胀的抑制性能优于钙离子。钾离子抑制蒙脱石水化膨胀的机理是:钾离子被蒙脱石吸附后,就嵌入晶层间,由于钾离子水化能较低,不容易水化,使晶层间已有的水分子被排出,且晶层间的钾离子的键合作用极大地抑制住了邻近晶层间的膨胀或者分离过程。
[Abstract]:Montmorillonite is the main factor affecting the settling performance of coal slime water. In order to study the inhibition of potassium ions on the hydration expansion of montmorillonite, the static settlement test and pressure filtration test of montmorillonite were carried out. The volume expansion of montmorillonite in deionized water solution was 2. 3 times that of dry powder, while that of montmorillonite in 0. 1 mol/L potassium ion solution was only 1. 8 times. The filtration rate of montmorillonite in potassium ion solution is faster than that in deionized water solution. Potassium ion can inhibit the hydration expansion of montmorillonite, and potassium ion can inhibit the expansion of montmorillonite better than calcium ion. The mechanism of potassium ion inhibiting the hydration expansion of montmorillonite is that the potassium ion is absorbed by montmorillonite and intercalated into the intergranular layer. Due to the low hydration energy of potassium ion, it is not easy to hydrate, so the existing water molecules in the intergranular layer are expelled. In addition, the bond cooperation of potassium ions between crystal layers greatly inhibits the process of expansion or separation between adjacent layers.
