基于模糊故障树的矿井提升机故障诊断

【摘要】:矿井提升机属于整个矿井生产的重要设备,其安全性与可靠性直接影响总体效率,如果发生故障,将会造成大量的经济损失,甚至还会危害人的生命,所以对矿井提升机故障诊断分析十分重要。经过提升机系统分析表明,故障和事故总是随机发生的,系统中某些状态存在不确定性和模糊性,难以建立精确的数学模型。一般的处理方法可靠性较低,诊断效果不理想,已经难以满足实际需求。本文根据矿井提升机面临的现场条件和实际需求,采用模糊故障树分析处理异常情况,用故障树分析法和模糊数学理论相结合实现故障分析,使系统恢复正常。本文首先叙述了提升机系统及故障分析面临的困难,其次阐述了模糊故障树,介绍了故障树建立的步骤及故障树模型,引入模糊数学理论,对故障树中的不确定性问题模糊化处理,采取模糊数概率代替一个确定的数值概率,最后以“提升机滑动”为实例论证模糊故障树是可行的;将模糊故障树与故障处理技术结合,设计了矿井提升机故障诊断系统,描述了对系统故障的处理过程及对故障进行推理的原理,以“提升机温度故障”为例,运用模糊故障树对系统故障进行定性和定量分析,求出重要度并依次排序比较,从大到小一一查看,找到故障原因,分析结果表明采用模糊故障树的故障诊断方法是可靠的;将基于模糊故障树的故障诊断方法应用于某某矿井提升机系统中,设计了模糊化模块及模糊故障处理模块,对其出现的故障进行分析处理,发现和实际状况相一致,验证了采用模糊故障树的故障诊断技术能有效找到故障点,同时提高了可靠度。
[Abstract]:Mine hoist belongs to the important equipment in the whole mine production. Its safety and reliability directly affect the overall efficiency. If failure occurs, it will cause a lot of economic losses and even endanger human life. So the fault diagnosis and analysis of mine hoist is very important. The analysis of hoist system shows that faults and accidents always occur randomly and some states in the system are uncertain and fuzzy, so it is difficult to establish accurate mathematical model. The general processing method has low reliability and poor diagnostic effect, so it is difficult to meet the actual demand. According to the field condition and actual demand of mine hoist, this paper adopts fuzzy fault tree analysis to deal with abnormal situation, and combines fault tree analysis with fuzzy mathematics theory to realize fault analysis, so that the system can return to normal. In this paper, the difficulties of hoist system and fault analysis are described first, then the fuzzy fault tree is expounded, the steps of fault tree establishment and fault tree model are introduced, and the fuzzy mathematics theory is introduced. The fuzzy number probability is used instead of a definite numerical probability to deal with the uncertainty problem in the fault tree. Finally, the fuzzy fault tree is proved to be feasible by taking "hoist sliding" as an example. The fault diagnosis system of mine hoist is designed by combining fuzzy fault tree with fault processing technology. The process of system fault treatment and the principle of reasoning to fault are described. Taking "temperature fault of hoist" as an example, The fuzzy fault tree is used to analyze the system faults qualitatively and quantitatively, the importance degree is calculated and compared in order, the fault causes are found out from big to small one by one, and the results show that the fault diagnosis method based on fuzzy fault tree is reliable. The fault diagnosis method based on fuzzy fault tree is applied to the system of mine hoist. The fuzzification module and the fuzzy fault processing module are designed. It is proved that the fault diagnosis technology based on fuzzy fault tree can find fault point effectively and improve the reliability.
