煤矿井下钻场小型装载机液压系统设计

【摘要】:现阶段,我国矿山井下清理钻场中矸石的主要方式是依靠人力完成的。由于钻场空间十分狭小,一般工程机械无法进入进行作业。这种人力清理方式十分耗时耗力,还直接制约了井下作业的自动化。由于研制适合在钻场作业的小型装载机刚刚起步,因此对此装置的液压系统的研究具有十分重要的意义。本文参照某地下装载机参数,依据钻场的实际工况,设计出煤矿井下钻场小型装载机的液压系统。根据小型装载机在钻场工作的工况,对液压油缸、行走马达、电机等元件进行了参数计算,以此为依据对液压系统的相关元件进行了元件选型。对小型装载机液压系统进行了泵站设计,设计了泵站的各个集成阀块和油箱,将各部件装配为液压泵站。根据地下小型装载机液压系统的控制要求,设计了此装置的PLC控制系统,并对控制系统的硬件进行了选型,输入输出口进行分配,对PLC进行了硬件选型和控制程序的编写。在AMEsim软件中建立了和地下小型装载机相匹配的仿真模型,通过之前的计算得到的数据,设置仿真参数,对设计的液压系统进行了仿真,分析了各个子系统的流量特性、压力特性、油缸活塞杆的位移特性,仿真结果表明所设计的液压系统符合设计要求,同时也为改善设计提供了必要的指导。
[Abstract]:At present, the main way to clean up the gangue in the underground drilling yard in our country depends on manpower. Because drilling space is very narrow, general construction machinery can not enter the operation. This kind of manpower cleaning method is very time-consuming and labor-consuming, and directly restricts the automation of underground operation. Since the development of a small loader suitable for drilling operation is just beginning, it is of great significance to study the hydraulic system of this device. Referring to the parameters of a certain underground loader and according to the actual working conditions of the drilling yard, the hydraulic system of the small loader in the underground drilling yard of the coal mine is designed in this paper. According to the working condition of small loader in drilling field, the parameters of hydraulic cylinder, walking motor, motor and other components are calculated, based on which the components of hydraulic system are selected. The pump station of hydraulic system of small loader is designed. Each integrated valve block and oil tank of pump station are designed and the components are assembled into hydraulic pump station. According to the control requirements of hydraulic system of underground small loader, the PLC control system of this device is designed, and the hardware of the control system is selected, the input and output are distributed, and the hardware selection and control program are compiled for PLC. The simulation model matching with the underground small loader is established in AMEsim software. The simulation parameters are set up through the data obtained from the previous calculation, and the designed hydraulic system is simulated, and the flow characteristics of each subsystem are analyzed. The simulation results show that the hydraulic system meets the design requirements and provides necessary guidance for improving the design.
