磷矿预处理对磷矿石熔态还原反应的影响

【摘要】：本文研究了在渣碱度为2.4时,不同预处理温度、时间对磷矿熔态还原反应的影响,结果表明在预处理温度为800℃、时间为20min、熔态还原温度为1300℃,反应时间为1h时的还原率为94%。对预处理后的磷矿进行了热重分析,从磷矿还原反应机理出发说明预处理过程有利于加快磷矿石的还原反应,使磷矿石在熔态环境能够快速分散,增加反应物的活性,进而提高磷矿在还原反应过程中的还原率。
