浅埋煤层松软顶板综放采场覆岩运动规律研究

【摘要】:伊犁四矿作为伊宁矿区主要矿井,煤层赋存兼具“埋深浅,岩层软”的特点。本文以四矿21105首采面为研究对象,在广泛收集资料的基础上,通过理论分析对采场围岩进行分类及评价。根据分类及评价结果并结合采场覆岩运动的研究成果,建立了浅埋煤层松软顶板采场覆岩运动模型。在对模型理论分析的基础上,得出覆岩运动的基本规律,并通过物理实验进行验证。 研究表明,21105面的围岩分级为V级,岩性软且岩体破碎,易冒落、崩解。依据围岩特点及覆岩运动一般规律建立的采场覆岩结构模型,将采场纵向分为散体结构带;拱梁结构带;裂缝带。横向分为裂隙发育区;类拱支撑区;重新压实区。理论计算确定了采场来压步距、直接顶各基本顶高度等采场基本运动参数。经过大量试块反复试验,确定了软岩强度相似配比,物理实验得出的采场运动参数及覆岩结构与理论分析结果基本一致。实验表明,浅埋松散条件下,采空区充填较充分采场来压强度缓和,上覆岩层中依然会有关键层存在,关键层失稳是造成工作来突然来压的原因,来压强度剧烈,破断裂隙直接波及地表。研究对预测采场突然来压及顶板管理具有指导意义和参考价值。
[Abstract]:As the main mine in Yining mining area, Yili No.4 Mine has the characteristics of "buried depth and soft rock layer". This paper takes 21105 mining faces of four mines as the research object, on the basis of widely collecting data, classifies and evaluates the surrounding rock of stope by theoretical analysis. According to the classification and evaluation results and combined with the research results of overlying rock movement in the stope, a model of overlying rock movement in soft roof stope of shallow coal seam is established. Based on the theoretical analysis of the model, the basic law of overburden movement is obtained and verified by physical experiments. The study shows that the surrounding rock on the surface of Ni 21105 is classified as V grade, with soft lithology, broken rock mass, easy to fall and collapse. According to the characteristics of surrounding rock and the general law of overburden movement, the stope overburden structure model is established, and the longitudinally divided stope into loose structure zone, arch beam structural zone and fracture zone. Transverse is divided into fracture development area; arch-like support area; re-compaction area. The basic movement parameters of stope are determined by theoretical calculation. The similar ratio of soft rock strength has been determined by repeated tests of a large number of test blocks. The stope motion parameters and overburden structure obtained by physical experiments are basically consistent with the theoretical analysis results. The experimental results show that under the condition of shallow and loose burying, the pressure intensity of goaf filling is moderate, and the key layer will still exist in the overlying rock stratum. The instability of the key layer is the cause of sudden pressure coming from work, and the intensity of pressure coming from work is sharp. Fracture fissures spread directly to the surface of the earth. The study is of guiding significance and reference value for prediction of sudden stope pressure and roof management.
