重介选煤自动控制系统的研究和设计

【摘要】:重介质选煤是目前被广泛采用的一种选煤技术,具有分选粒度范围广、效率高,且易于实现自动控制等优点。影响重介质选煤的工艺参数很多,且各参数之间相互耦合,难以控制,其中最重要的参数为重介质悬浮液密度。本文以蒋庄矿选煤厂设备升级改造项目为研究背景,在可编程控制器和工业以太网的基础上设计一套重介质选煤集中控制系统,该集中控制系统主要选用西门子S7-1500PLC和工业计算机作为集中控制系统的核心,完成对现场设备的信息采集与控制,并利用西门子最新推出的博途软件和Win CC软件进行下位机和上位机的编程。首先,本文介绍重介质选煤的基本原理和工艺流程,通过对现有的数学模型进行分析,并且按照选煤厂实际生产运行状况确定数学模型参数。根据系统控制要求,提出将模糊控制与比例积分微分(PID)控制相结合的控制方法,设计重介质悬浮液密度的自整定模糊PID控制器。研究对象为重介质悬浮液密度,初始密度由上位机给定,实际密度由现场射线密度计获得。采用二维模糊控制器,输入为重介质悬浮液密度偏差e和偏差率?e,通过设计的模糊规则,在线调整参数PK、IK、DK。在Matlab/Simulink平台下对控制系统进行仿真,应用PLC编写控制程序完成控制,结果表明,系统响应时间短,超调量小,动态性能好,满足控制需求。
[Abstract]:Heavy medium coal preparation is a widely used coal preparation technology, which has the advantages of wide separation granularity, high efficiency, and easy to realize automatic control. There are many technological parameters which affect the preparation of coal in heavy medium, and the parameters are coupled with each other, so it is difficult to control. The most important parameter is the density of suspensions in heavy medium. Based on the equipment upgrading project of Jiangzhuang Coal preparation Plant, a centralized control system for heavy medium coal separation is designed on the basis of programmable controller and industrial Ethernet. The centralized control system mainly selects Siemens S7-1500PLC and industrial computer as the core of the centralized control system to complete the information collection and control of the field equipment. The programming of lower computer and upper computer is carried out by using Siemens' latest software and Win CC software. First of all, this paper introduces the basic principle and technological process of heavy medium coal preparation, analyzes the existing mathematical models, and determines the mathematical model parameters according to the actual operating conditions of the coal preparation plant. According to the requirement of system control, a fuzzy control method combining fuzzy control with proportional integral differential (PD) control is proposed to design a self-tuning fuzzy PID controller for the density of heavy medium suspensions. The object of study is the density of heavy medium suspension, the initial density is given by the host computer, and the actual density is obtained by the field ray densitometer. A two dimensional fuzzy controller is used. The input is the density deviation e and the deviation rate of the heavy medium suspension. The parameters PKK / DK are adjusted on-line by the fuzzy rules designed. The control system is simulated on the Matlab/Simulink platform, and the control program is written by PLC. The results show that the system has the advantages of short response time, small overshoot, good dynamic performance and satisfying the control requirements.
