基于乳化液介质的带式输送机液压张紧装置研究

【摘要】:随着带式输送机日益向大型化方向发展,其张紧装置已发展成为以机电液一体化技术为特征的自动张紧装置。使用矿物油作为液压传动介质会有着火的危险,对煤矿井下设备而言存在巨大的安全隐患。高水基乳化液是煤矿井下常用难燃液,因其阻燃性良好等优点,已被广泛应用于液压支架等煤矿机械。因此有必要研究用乳化液取代液压油作为带式输送机张紧装置的液压传动介质。 本文首先通过对带式输送机张紧装置设计理论的分析,以某3.2公里可伸缩式带式输送机为例,对其张紧力进行了计算。针对乳化液介质存在泄漏量大和乳化液马达寿命短的问题,以尽量降低系统压力并减少乳化液马达的工作时间为原则,设计了以乳化液为介质的带式输送机液压张紧装置。 利用AMESim仿真软件,分析了在使用乳化液介质张紧装置的前提下,在可伸缩带式输送机启动过程及机尾自移过程中机头紧边、松边、张紧小车等处的动张力,以及张紧小车的位移和速度。在载荷、输送带参数、粘性摩擦力占总摩擦力比例不同的情况下,乳化液介质张紧装置对可伸缩带式输送机上述特性点张力、速度、位移等影响,得出主要结论如下: 泵站流量须大于400L/min,乳化液绞车才可满足工作要求;机尾自移引起机头紧边张力波动较大,不会对游动小车和机头松边张力造成冲击。游动小车最大位移为8.1m,发生在带式输送机启动将要完成时刻,最大速度为0.18m/s。张紧装置的设计中,在确定启动系数和计算张紧力时,应充分考虑带式输送机启动方式和机尾自移的影响,启动和机尾自移过程中,满载工况均为最不利条件。 可伸缩带式输送机启动过程中,机头紧边张力、张紧力比以及游动小车位移三者与载荷量均呈正相关;弹性波传播速度与载荷量呈负相关;机尾自移时,载荷量越大,,游动小车张力波动越小。 弹性波在输送带中的传播速度、输送机启动时机头紧边张力上升速度、机尾自移时机头紧边张力波动三者与输送带弹性模量均呈正相关,游动小车最大位移与输送带弹性模量呈负相关,机头紧边张力峰值与输送带弹性模量无关。输送带流变常数越大,对张力冲击的缓冲作用越明显。 粘性摩擦力占总摩擦力的比例越大,机头紧边张力峰值越小,张力越平稳,机尾输送带速度波动也越小。
[Abstract]:With the development of belt conveyor in the direction of large scale, its tensioning device has been developed into an automatic tensioning device characterized by electromechanical and hydraulic integration technology. The use of mineral oil as hydraulic transmission medium has the danger of fire, which is a huge hidden danger to the underground equipment of coal mine. High water base emulsion is commonly used in coal mine. Because of its good flame retardancy, it has been widely used in coal mine machinery such as hydraulic support. Therefore, it is necessary to use emulsion instead of hydraulic oil as hydraulic transmission medium of belt conveyor tensioning device. Based on the analysis of the design theory of belt conveyor tensioning device, the tension force of a 3.2-kilometer extensible belt conveyor is calculated in this paper. In order to reduce system pressure and reduce the working time of emulsion motor, a hydraulic tensioning device of belt conveyor with emulsion as medium was designed, aiming at the problems of large leakage of emulsion medium and short life of emulsion motor. Using AMESim simulation software, the dynamic tension of the head, loose edge, tension car and so on in the starting process of the extensible belt conveyor and the self-moving process of the tail are analyzed on the premise of using the emulsion medium tensioning device. And the displacement and speed of the tension car. Under the condition that the load, the parameters of conveyor belt and the ratio of viscous friction to the total friction force are different, the effects of emulsion medium tensioning device on the tension, velocity and displacement of the above-mentioned characteristics of the extensible belt conveyor are obtained. The main conclusions are as follows: The flow rate of pump station must be more than 400 L / min before the emulsion winch can meet the working requirements, and the tension of tight edge of the head will fluctuate greatly due to the self-shift of the tail, which will not impact the loose edge tension of the swimming trolley and the nose. The maximum displacement of the trolley is 8.1 m, which occurs when the belt conveyor starts and is about to complete, with a maximum speed of 0.18 m / s. In the design of the tensioning device, when determining the starting coefficient and calculating the tension force, the influence of belt conveyor starting mode and tail self-shifting should be fully taken into account. In the process of starting and tail self-shifting, the most disadvantageous condition is the full load working condition. In the starting process of the extensible belt conveyor, the tension of the nose, the ratio of the tension to the tension and the displacement of the swimming trolley are all positively correlated with the load quantity, the velocity of elastic wave propagation is negatively correlated with the load quantity, and the load quantity increases when the tail is self-moving. The smaller the tension fluctuation of the swimming car. The propagation speed of elastic wave in the conveyor belt, the rising speed of the tight edge tension at the beginning of the conveyor, the fluctuation of the tension between the head and the edge of the conveyor when the tail is self-moving are all positively correlated with the elastic modulus of the conveyor belt. The maximum displacement of the moving trolley is negatively correlated with the elastic modulus of the conveyor belt, and the peak value of the tight edge tension of the head is independent of the elastic modulus of the conveyor belt. The bigger the rheological constant of conveyor belt, the more obvious the buffer effect to tension impact. The larger the ratio of viscous friction to the total friction is, the smaller the peak value of the tight edge tension is, the more stable the tension is, and the smaller the velocity fluctuation of the tail conveyor belt is.
