浅埋煤层群同采工作面合理走向错距研究

【摘要】：为确保浅埋煤层群高强度安全开采,针对现场生产过程中上、下煤层同时开采存在的安全和技术问题,采用UDEC数值模拟计算和理论分析相结合的研究方法,得出了上、下煤层同采工作面不同走向错距时下煤层工作面围岩应力分布规律和地表下沉规律。分析了上、下煤层工作面相互影响范围和影响程度,建立了上、下煤层同采工作面稳压式和减压式布置模型。综合考虑现场开采经验,给出了2种布置方式的计算公式。研究结果表明:上、下煤层同时开采时,下煤层工作面围岩应力受上煤层开采影响较大,上、下煤层工作面走向错距采用稳压式布置能够实现安全开采。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the high strength and safety mining of shallow coal seam group, aiming at the safety and technical problems existing in both upper and lower coal seam mining in the field production process, the research method combining UDEC numerical simulation and theoretical analysis is used to obtain the above. The law of stress distribution and surface subsidence of surrounding rock in coal face with different strike offset in the same mining face of lower coal seam. The mutual influence range and influence degree of upper and lower coal face are analyzed, and the steady pressure and decompression layout models of upper and lower coal face are established. Considering the site mining experience, the calculation formulas of two layout modes are given. The results show that when the upper and lower coal seams are simultaneously mined, the surrounding rock stress of the lower coal face is greatly affected by the upper coal seam mining, and the strike offset of the upper and lower coal face can be safely mined by using the stable pressure arrangement.
