河南某高硫铝土矿浮选脱硫试验研究

【摘要】:硫及其硫酸盐对铝土矿的溶出工艺存在不利的影响,针对河南某高硫铝土矿进行反浮选脱硫试验,为下一步氧化铝的生产提供合格产品。以碳酸钠为p H值调整剂,新型药剂SNS为抑制剂,硫酸铜为活化剂,丁基黄药为捕收剂,通过单因素条件试验,一次选矿取得了硫精矿中硫品位为5.5%,硫精矿产率为18.69%,脱硫率为83.52%,铝精矿含硫量为0.25%的试验指标。当原矿硫品位为1.53%时,工业生产调试取得了脱硫率84.98%,硫精矿硫品位30.39%的指标。实现了无尾矿生产,对于资源综合利用和保护环境具有重要的意义。
[Abstract]:Sulfur and its sulfate have adverse effects on the leaching process of bauxite. In order to provide qualified products for the production of alumina in the next step, a desulphurization test on reverse flotation of a high sulfur bauxite in Henan Province has been carried out. Sodium carbonate was used as pH adjuster, SNS as inhibitor, copper sulfate as activator, Ding Ji xanthate as collector. The sulfur grade of sulfur concentrate is 5.5, the yield of sulfur concentrate is 18.69, the desulphurization rate is 83.52, and the sulfur content of aluminum concentrate is 0.25%. When the sulfur grade of raw ore is 1.53, the index of desulphurization rate 84.98% and sulfur grade 30.39% of sulfur concentrate is obtained for industrial production adjustment. The realization of tailings-free production is of great significance for the comprehensive utilization of resources and the protection of the environment.
