陆相煤系泥岩微观组构及其力学特性关联性研究

【摘要】:论文在阅读国内外大量的文献的基础上,对采集到的泥质软岩开展了矿物组成、元素分析、微观结构及原岩力学测试等试验研究,运用Matlab图像处理软件对于所得微观结构图像进行图像处理分析,研究其微观组构信息(元素含量和微观结构)和常规原岩力学特性的关系,对微观结构信息进行综合量化评价,并结合力学特性进行多元线性回归分析。本文取得的研究成果具体如下:第一,基于数字图像处理的相关技术及方法,提出来煤系泥岩微观结构图像处理步骤及方法,即利用Matlab软件中图像处理工具,通过编程对微观结构图像进行了处理,采用图像裁剪对图像进行预处理,利用阈值分割和边缘检测对图像进行有效分割,最后完成对图像中微观结构信息的提取。第二,借助力学强度试验测定了陆相煤系泥岩抗压、抗拉和抗剪强度,进一步分析了微观组构与其力学特性的关系。第三,对陆相煤系泥岩的微观结构信息采用主成分分析法进行综合量化评价,建立一个相对较为合理的参数来代替各单因素评价指标对陆相煤系泥岩微观结构进行综合量化评价,并结合常规力学参数采用多元线性回归分析法建立4者间合理的数学关系式。
[Abstract]:On the basis of reading a large number of literatures at home and abroad, the paper carried out the mineral composition, elemental analysis, microstructure and mechanical testing of the muddy soft rock. Matlab image processing software is used to process and analyze the microstructure images. The relationship between the microstructure information (element content and microstructure) and the mechanical properties of the conventional rock is studied, and the comprehensive quantitative evaluation of the microstructure information is carried out. Combined with the mechanical properties, multivariate linear regression analysis is carried out. The research results obtained in this paper are as follows: first, based on the related techniques and methods of digital image processing, the steps and methods of image processing for microscopic structure of coal measures mudstone are proposed, that is, using image processing tools in Matlab software. The micro-structure image is processed by programming, the image is preprocessed by image clipping, and the image is segmented effectively by threshold segmentation and edge detection. Finally, the micro-structure information is extracted from the image. Secondly, the compressive, tensile and shear strength of continental coal series mudstone is measured by mechanical strength test, and the relationship between microstructure and mechanical properties is further analyzed. Thirdly, the microstructural information of continental coal series mudstone is evaluated by principal component analysis (PCA). A relatively reasonable parameter is established to evaluate the microstructure of continental coal series mudstone in a comprehensive and quantitative way instead of each single factor evaluation index. Combined with the conventional mechanical parameters, the multivariate linear regression analysis method was used to establish a reasonable mathematical relationship between the four persons.
