矿用带式输送机计算选型软件的研究开发

【摘要】:带式输送机是连续输送机的一种,是露天矿和地下矿的联合运输系统中的重要组成部分。作为煤矿机械设计人员,选型工作量大。开发一个软件实现计算机辅助矿用带式输送机计算选型,对于煤矿机械设计自动化、为设计者提供设计参考性、提高设计选型工作效率具有一定的现实意义。根据《DTII(A)型带式输送机设计手册_11134092》文件要求对皮带输送机进行结构化分解,采用Visual Basic作为一个高级可视化语言应用于选型软件中,Microsoft Office Access为数据库,使用SQL语言,实现了DTII(A)型带式输送机的计算机辅助计算选型功能。论文重点通过对DTII(A)型皮带输送机的运动力学原理分析,结合生产一线实际设计方法,找出了理论要求与实际设计计算的不同之处,紧密跟进实际设计需求,使软件的实际应用性增强。采用王家岭原煤仓至原煤出煤厂实际情况进行了带式输送机计算选型实例实验,验证得出数据结果与现实生产实际相吻合,证实软件具有实用性和实践使用价值。同时为今后使用软件编程解决煤矿机械产品计算选型问题提供了思路与参考。
[Abstract]:Belt conveyor is one of the continuous conveyors, which is an important part of the combined transportation system of opencast mine and underground mine. As a coal mine machinery designer, type selection work is large. The development of a software to realize the computer aided calculation and selection of belt conveyor is of practical significance for the automation of the design of coal mine machinery, the design reference for the designers and the improvement of the efficiency of the design selection. According to the document requirement of design manual of belt conveyor of type DTIII-A, 11134092 >, the structural decomposition of belt conveyor is carried out. Visual Basic is used as a high-level visual language to apply Microsoft Office Access as database and SQL language is used in the selection software. The type selection function of DTIIA type belt conveyor is realized by computer aided calculation. By analyzing the principle of motion mechanics of DTIIA type belt conveyor and combining the practical design method of production line, the paper finds out the difference between the theoretical requirement and the actual design calculation, and closely follows up the actual design demand. The practical application of the software is enhanced. In this paper, the actual situation of Wangjialing raw coal bunker to raw coal extraction plant is used to carry out the calculation and selection experiment of belt conveyer, and the result is in agreement with the actual production, which proves that the software has practicability and practical value. At the same time, it provides a way of thinking and reference for solving the problem of calculation and selection of coal mine machinery products by using software programming in the future.
