低温焦油乳化制备煤炭浮选剂研究及工艺设计

【摘要】:随着干馏技术发展,低温焦油产能不断增大。为综合利用低温焦油,本论文将低温焦油、水、乳化剂混合乳化制备低温焦油乳液,并研究了低温焦油乳液作为煤炭浮选剂的性能,最后探讨了制备低温焦油乳液初步工艺设计。本文研究了低温焦油乳液的制备,通过单因素实验和正交试验考察了各因素对低温焦油乳液粒径的影响,并对其类型、稳定性、分散性进行表征。结果表明,制备低温焦油乳液最佳条件为:m(油):m(水)=3:7,m(油酸):(OP-10)=3:2,乳化转速为16000 r/min,乳化温度为30℃,乳化剂用量为1.5%,乳化时间为6 min;低温焦油乳液为水包油型,分散性好,室温放置30d不分层,稳定性较好。为了研究低温焦油乳液浮选性能,首先考察了3种煤样粒度组成,其次探讨了低温焦油乳液用量对浮选性能影响,最后与煤油进行浮选试验对比。结果表明,太西煤比矸石易碎,存在细泥积聚现象,富县、延安煤中矸石比煤易碎,但延安煤样细泥积聚现象严重;在100 g/L矿浆浓度下,3种煤样最佳浮选条件为:太西煤,低温焦油乳液1.40 kg/t,仲辛醇0.08 kg/t;富县煤,低温焦油乳液1.20 kg/t,仲辛醇0.10 kg/t;延安煤,低温焦油乳液2.00 kg/t,仲辛醇0.10 kg/t;低温焦油乳液的捕收性能与煤油相当,而选择性优于煤油,用油量大大降低。年产4000吨低温焦油乳液初步工艺设计。首先确定了工艺流程,在此基础上,对主要设备进行了物料衡算、选型计算、控制方案设计,完成了带控制点物料流程图,并进行简单的设备平面布置和厂区平面布置。
[Abstract]:With the development of the dry distillation technology, the production of low temperature tar is increasing. In order to make comprehensive use of low temperature tar, the low temperature tar, water and emulsifier are mixed to prepare the low temperature tar emulsion, and the performance of the low temperature tar emulsion as the coal flotation agent is studied. Finally, the preliminary process design for the preparation of the low temperature tar emulsion is discussed. The effect of various factors on the particle size of low temperature tar emulsion was investigated by single factor experiment and orthogonal test, and its type, stability and dispersion were characterized. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the preparation of low temperature tar emulsion were: m (oil): m (water) =3:7, m (oleic acid): (OP-10) =3:2, emulsifying speed 16000 r/min, emulsification temperature 30 The dosage of emulsifier is 1.5%, the emulsifying time is 6 min, the low temperature tar emulsion is water bag oil type, the dispersity is good, the 30d is not stratified at room temperature, and the stability is better. In order to study the flotation performance of the low temperature tar emulsion, the particle size composition of 3 kinds of coal samples is first investigated. Secondly, the effect of the dosage of low temperature tar emulsion on the flotation performance is discussed. Finally, the coal oil is carried out. The results show that the coal gangue in Yanan coal is fragile, and the gangue in Fuxian, Yanan coal is more fragile than coal, but the accumulation of coal samples in Yanan is serious. Under the concentration of 100 g/L pulp, the best flotation conditions for 3 kinds of coal samples are: Tai Xi coal, low temperature coke oil emulsion 1.40 kg/t, secondary octanol 0.08 kg/t; Fuxian coal and low temperature tar. Emulsion 1.20 kg/t, secondary octanol 0.10 kg/t; Yanan coal, low temperature tar emulsion 2 kg/t, secondary octanol 0.10 kg/t; low temperature tar emulsion collection performance is equivalent to kerosene, and selectivity is better than kerosene, oil consumption is greatly reduced. The annual production of 4000 tons of low temperature tar emulsion initial process design. On the basis of the main equipment, the main equipment Material balance calculation, selection and calculation, control scheme design, material flow chart with control points, and simple equipment layout and plant layout are completed.
