不同阳离子在淮南矿区煤泥颗粒表面吸附特性的研究

【摘要】:煤泥水处理是选煤厂极其重要的作业环节,由于煤泥水溶液含有大量的黏土微细矿物颗粒且颗粒表面荷负电荷,这致使高泥化煤泥水的沉降澄清十分困难。研究不同阳离子在煤泥颗粒表面的吸附特性,为煤泥水处理药剂选择提供依据,具有较好的理论意义和实践价值。 采用单因素条件试验法,考察了不同阳离子种类及用量、搅拌时间、矿浆pH值等因素对不同阳离子在煤泥颗粒表面吸附特性的影响规律,对不同阳离子的吸附动力学进行了研究,分析了金属阳离子在煤泥颗粒表面的吸附特性及机理。 研究结果表明:煤泥颗粒对K+、Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+四种阳离子的吸附量随着时间延长都有所增加并趋于吸附平衡,吸附平衡时间约为30min;随着离子浓度增大,煤泥颗粒对阳离子的吸附量增加,离子浓度低时增加比较明显。煤泥颗粒对阳离子的吸附顺序为K+Na+,Ca2+Mg2+;对于K+、Na',当pH7.3时,随着pH的增大,吸附量逐渐增大,当pH7.3时,吸附量明显减小。Ca2+、Mg2+在pH9.4时,吸附量逐渐增加,且当7.5pH9.4时,有明显增加,当pH增大到9.4以上,吸附量呈下降趋势,煤泥水的弱碱性溶液化学环境对阳离子的吸附是有利的;K+、Na+两种一价阳离子在煤泥表面的吸附符合Lagergren(拉格尔格伦)准一级动力学方程,Ca2+、Mg2+两种二价阳离子在煤泥表面的吸附符合Lagegren(拉格尔格伦)准二级动力学方程。
[Abstract]:Coal slime water treatment is an extremely important working link in coal preparation plant. Due to the large amount of clay fine mineral particles and negative charge on the surface of the particles, it is very difficult to clarify the settlement of high muddy slime water. The study of adsorption characteristics of different cations on the surface of coal slime particles provides a basis for the selection of slurry water treatment agents, which has good theoretical significance and practical value. The effects of different cations species and dosage, stirring time and slurry pH value on the adsorption characteristics of different cations on the surface of coal slime particles were investigated by single factor conditional test. The adsorption kinetics of different cations was studied, and the adsorption characteristics and mechanism of metal cations on the surface of coal slime particles were analyzed. The results show that the adsorption capacity of the four kinds of cations K ~ (2 +) Na ~ (2 +) Ca ~ (2 +) Ca ~ (2 +) mg _ (2) increases with the prolongation of time, and the adsorption equilibrium time is about 30 min, and the adsorption amount of cations increases with the increase of ion concentration. The increase of ion concentration is obvious when the ion concentration is low. The order of adsorption of cations by coal slime particles is K Na Na + Ca 2 + Mg2, for K Na Na Na O, when pH7.3 increases, the adsorption capacity increases with the increase of pH, and when pH7.3, the adsorption capacity decreases obviously. Ca 2 + mg 2 increases when pH9.4, and when 7.5pH9.4 increases, the adsorption capacity of K Na + Na + Ca 2 + increases with the increase of pH value. When pH increased above 9.4, the adsorption capacity decreased. The adsorption of cations in the chemical environment of weak alkaline solution of coal slime water is favorable. The adsorption of two monovalent cations on the slime surface accords with Lagergren's quasi first-order kinetic equation and Ca ~ (2 +) / mg _ (2) divalent cations on the coal slime. The adsorption of the surface is in accordance with the Lagegren (Raggren) quasi second order kinetic equation.
