杂醇油制备煤泥浮选复合药剂的试验研究

【摘要】:基于杂醇油的性质特点,以杂醇油、0~#柴油为主要原料制备BM煤泥浮选复合药剂。通过正交试验确定药剂最佳制备条件为:0~#柴油与杂醇油质量配比为5∶1,乳化剂司班-80用量为杂醇油质量的5%,反应温度为60℃,时间为90 min。并用该BM复合药剂与常规浮选药剂做浮选对比试验,结果表明BM复合药剂最优用量为2.0 kg/t时,精煤产率比0~#柴油用量2.0 kg/t时高0.41%,可燃体回收率高0.83%,浮选完善指标高1.31%。润湿热测定表明BM复合药剂与煤样作用较强,能够稳固吸附在煤粒表面。红外吸收光谱分析知BM复合药剂在煤粒表面有机硫处以-S-S-形式吸附,BM复合药剂与煤粒的含氧官能团的极性基处吸附为化学吸附,复合药剂与煤粒表面能够形成氢键,有利于煤粒疏水性提高。
