元宝山露天矿卡车外排土场参数及建设发展程序优化

【摘要】:排土场参数及建设发展程序是影响露天矿排土工程安全和排土成本的重要因素,优化排土参数和排土程序对提高露天矿经济效益、确保安全生产具有重要意义。元宝山露天矿改河期间,为尽快实现内排,加速降深,导致剥采比增加,现有排土机能力不足,急需建立新的卡车外排土场,确保排土工程平稳接续。本文采用技术经济比较法,选择排土场合理位置;采用刚体极限平衡法,确定排土场稳定帮坡角及最终排弃标高;以排土场剥离运输功最小为目标,建立排土段高优化模型,以排土总费用现值最小为目标,建立排土程序优化模型,优化元宝山露天矿卡车外排土场参数及建设发展程序。本文研究成果可降低元宝露天矿生产成本、提高经济效益,确保改河期间排土工程平稳接续。
[Abstract]:The parameters of dump and the procedure of construction and development are the important factors affecting the safety and cost of draining in open-pit mine. It is of great significance to optimize the parameters and procedures for improving the economic benefit and ensuring safe production of open-pit mine. During the reform period of Yuanbaoshan opencast mine, in order to realize the inner drainage as soon as possible, accelerate the depth reduction, lead to the increase of the stripping ratio, and the capacity of the existing dump machine is insufficient, it is urgent to establish a new dump outside the truck to ensure the smooth succession of the dumping project. In this paper, the reasonable position of the dump is chosen by the method of technical and economic comparison, the stable slope angle of the dump and the final dumping elevation are determined by the rigid body limit equilibrium method, and the optimal model of the dump height is established with the aim of minimizing the stripping and transporting work of the dump, and using the method of rigid body limit equilibrium to determine the slope angle of the dump and the final dumping elevation. With the aim of minimizing the present value of the total cost of dumping, an optimization model of dumping procedure is established to optimize the parameters of the dump outside the truck in Yuanbaoshan opencast mine and the construction and development program. The research results of this paper can reduce the production cost of Yuanbao opencast mine, improve the economic benefit and ensure the smooth succession of the draining project during the period of river diversion.
