HVB惯性度的MPHMADM评价

【摘要】:为有效评价矿工习惯性违章行为(HVB),在多期混合多属性决策方法(MPHMADM)基础上,从矿工个体、组织管理、作业环境安全度3方面确定矿工HVB惯性度驱动因素及不同因素属性。首先引入动态混合加权聚合算子(DHWA),集成煤矿不同时期的HVB惯性度评价值;然后采用逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS),对HVB惯性度驱动因素进行惯性度评价并排序;最后以大安山煤矿为例进行方法应用,结果表明:MPHMADM评价结果与管理专家实际评价结果一致。根据排序结果,HVB干预可重点从组织管理方面入手,其次是矿工个体、作业环境安全度。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate miners' habitual violations effectively, the driving factors and different attributes of HVB inertial degree of miners were determined from the aspects of individual, organization and management of miners and safety degree of working environment on the basis of multi-period mixed multi-attribute decision method (MPHMADM). Firstly, the dynamic mixed weighted aggregation operator is introduced to integrate the HVB inertial degree evaluation value of coal mine in different periods, and then the approximate ideal solution ranking method is used to evaluate the inertial degree of HVB inertial degree driving factors. Finally, the application of the method in Da'anshan Coal Mine shows that the result of the evaluation of the Twain MPHMADM is consistent with the actual evaluation result of the management expert. According to the result of sequencing, the intervention of HVB can focus on organization and management, followed by individual miners and safety degree of working environment.
