掘进设备内喷雾技术研究现状

【摘要】:针对掘进工作面粉尘控制困难和内喷雾技术应用受限的现状,进行了掘进设备内喷雾技术研究。调研了国内外掘进设备内喷雾技术的应用现状,指出限制内喷雾技术推广应用的原因有喷嘴易堵、水封易漏、维护困难等。从水封结构、流道设计、扇形喷雾特性、喷雾参数、喷嘴排布5个方面总结了内喷雾关键技术进展,指出了内喷雾技术存在的问题主要是水封难实现长效密封、流道制造工艺难保证、喷嘴易堵与喷雾压力的矛盾性。同时建议开展内喷雾关键技术攻关,解决内喷雾技术面临的瓶颈问题,提高内喷雾系统可靠性。
[Abstract]:In view of the difficulty of dust control and the limited application of internal spray technology in tunneling face, the research on internal spray technology of tunneling equipment is carried out. The present situation of application of internal spray technology in tunneling equipment at home and abroad is investigated. It is pointed out that the reasons of limiting the application of internal spray technology are nozzle plugging easily leakage of water seal difficult maintenance and so on. The key technologies of internal spray are summarized from the aspects of water seal structure, flow channel design, fan spray characteristics, spray parameters and nozzle layout. The main problems of internal spray technology are pointed out, which are the difficulty of water seal in long term sealing. Flow channel manufacturing process is difficult to ensure that nozzle plugging and spray pressure conflict. At the same time, it is suggested that the key technology of internal spray should be solved to solve the bottleneck of internal spray technology and improve the reliability of internal spray system.
