博阳锡业有限公司沙岭锡矿采选项目经济可行性分析

【摘要】：改革开放30多年来,中国锡矿市场从无到有、从小到大、从总量快速扩张到结构明显升级,逐步形成了有中国特色的多样化、多层次的消费市场。近年来,出于环保要求,很多国家开始在电子产品中实现无铅化,而用锡代替,使锡的消费范围不断扩大,带动了对锡需求的强劲增长。博阳锡业公司新建沙岭锡矿项目适应了新的形势,在加强保护我国优势矿产的同时,既避免了乱采滥挖,又提高了锡资源的合理开发和综合利用水平。本文在分析该项目方案的基础上,依据该项目实际资料,运用可行性研究的相关理论和方法,从动态指标和静态指标两个方面,对该项目进行了财务评价,结果表明该项目具有较好盈利能力和抗风险能力的结论。同时,利用盈亏平衡分析和敏感性分析的方法,进行了分析表明该项目可行,但会面临一定程度的风险。经过对该项目的经济分析认为,该项目具有投资意义,同时具有一定的抗风险能力。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up for more than 30 years, China's tin mining market has grown from nothing to existence, from small to large, from the rapid expansion of the total amount to the obvious upgrading of the structure, and has gradually formed a diversified, multi-level consumer market with Chinese characteristics. In recent years, due to environmental protection requirements, many countries began to realize lead-free in electronic products. Instead of tin, the consumption range of tin has been continuously expanded, which has led to the strong growth of demand for tin. The new project of Shaling Tin Mine in Boyang Tin Industry Company adapts to the new situation. While strengthening the protection of China's superior minerals, it not only avoids indiscriminate mining and overdigging, but also improves the level of rational exploitation and comprehensive utilization of tin resources. Based on the analysis of the project scheme and the actual data of the project, this paper makes a financial evaluation of the project from two aspects: dynamic index and static index, using the relevant theory and method of feasibility study. The results show that the project has good profitability and risk resistance. At the same time, using the methods of break-even analysis and sensitivity analysis, the analysis shows that the project is feasible, but it will face some risks. Through the economic analysis of the project, it is concluded that the project has the investment significance and the ability to resist risks.
