高温深井风温影响因子特性与降温基础研究

【摘要】:基于广西铜坑矿锌多金属矿区的通风现状,利用Ventsim软件构建矿区通风井巷可视化仿真模型,计算分析风流温度在不同影响因子作用下的变化特性,归纳影响风流温度的主要因素,探寻首采区通风降温方案。研究结果表明:增加矿井总通风量不能达到降温目的,但局部风量和通风时间的增加可使巷道风流温度降低;在相同采矿背景条件下,采掘工作面越深,降温要求越高;采掘工作面温度与地表各月份气温变化规律一致,6,7,8月份采掘工作面温度高于30℃时需采取降温措施,建议采用井下集中降温系统方案。
[Abstract]:Based on the ventilation status of the zinc polymetallic mining area in Tongkeng Mine of Guangxi, the visual simulation model of ventilation shaft roadway in mining area is constructed by using Ventsim software, and the variation characteristics of air flow temperature under the action of different influence factors are calculated and analyzed. The main factors affecting the air flow temperature are summarized, and the ventilation and cooling scheme in the first mining area is explored. The results show that the increase of mine total ventilation can not achieve the purpose of cooling, but the increase of local air volume and ventilation time can reduce the air flow temperature of roadway, under the same mining background, the deeper the mining face, the higher the cooling requirement.
