刮板输送机故障在线监测系统研究与应用

【摘要】:刮板输送机是煤矿综采面三机一体的重要组成部分,不但承担着煤炭装载、运输的重要任务,还为采煤机提供了运行轨道,是综采面的重要运输设备。刮板输送机的安全稳定运行关系着综采面的正常生产,其一旦发生故障,在查找故障点和寻找解决方案上会耗费较多的时间,直接给煤矿企业带来经济损失。因此,设计刮板输送机故障在线监测系统具有重要意义,该系统不但可以预防刮板输送机在使用时故障的发生,而且当故障发生时,可以快速定位故障位置,为检修提供方便。故障在线监测系统可以实时监测刮板输送机的运行情况,在有故障发生时第一时间停机、发出报警,并给出相应的故障处理方法。本课题采用传感器、可编程控制器监测刮板输送机的运行状态,用RSView32上位机软件绘制人机界面,完成了刮板输送机的运行控制和故障在线实时监测的设计研究。论文主要内容包括:(1)研究刮板输送机典型故障,利用故障树对各组成部分的典型故障进行分类分析。(2)根据故障树分析结果,选用不同类型传感器对故障点进行数据采集,分析不同传感器信号,使用PLC编制监测程序。(3)采用上位机软件绘制监测画面,对刮板输送机的不同部位分别进行故障监测,数据记录和故障报警等。该系统增加了刮板输送机的故障监测点,融故障监测和运行控制为一体,实时了解整机的运行状态,对发生的故障,及时确定故障位置,并确定解决方案,减少了刮板输送机的维修时间,提高了煤矿企业的经济效益。
[Abstract]:Scraper conveyer is an important part of coal mining face, which not only undertakes the important task of coal loading and transportation, but also provides the running track for shearer, and is an important transportation equipment for fully mechanized coal face. The safe and stable operation of scraper conveyer is related to the normal production of fully mechanized coal face. Once it breaks down, it will waste more time in finding fault points and finding solutions, which will directly bring economic losses to coal mining enterprises. Therefore, it is of great significance to design the on-line fault monitoring system for scraper conveyor. This system can not only prevent the fault of scraper conveyor in use, but also quickly locate the fault position when the fault occurs, and provide convenience for maintenance. The on-line fault monitoring system can monitor the running condition of scraper conveyor in real time, stop at the first time when the fault occurs, send out alarm, and give the corresponding fault treatment method. In this paper, sensor and programmable controller are used to monitor the running state of scraper conveyor, and RSView32 software is used to draw man-machine interface. The design and research of running control and on-line real-time monitoring of scraper conveyor are completed. The main contents of this paper include: (1) study the typical fault of scraper conveyor, use fault tree to classify and analyze the typical fault of each component. (2) according to the result of fault tree analysis, select different types of sensors to collect the data of fault point. Different sensor signals are analyzed and PLC is used to compile the monitoring program. The monitoring screen is drawn up by the software of upper computer. The different parts of scraper conveyor are monitored separately, data recording and fault alarm are carried out respectively. The system adds fault monitoring points of scraper conveyer, integrates fault monitoring and operation control as an integral whole, understands the running state of the whole machine in real time, determines the fault location in time, and determines the solution for the faults that occur. The maintenance time of scraper conveyor is reduced and the economic benefit of coal mine enterprise is improved.
